維塞利亞塞闊亞萬豪萬楓飯店(Fairfield Inn Visalia Sequoia)

Conveniently located in a part of Visalia that has quick access to the freeway, gas and food options. Around 1.5 hours to Sequoia or Kings Canyon national park. They have a small indoor pool on site too. Breakfast was ok (nothing to shout about).

Everything’s ok except the shower tub. Water fills the tub. Overall, we Would stay here again.

Hôtel bien placé en ville, proche de tout et représente une très bonne alternative pour la visite de Sequoia National Park. Les chambres sont de taille confortable. Il est possible de se servir du thé et du café à toute heure au niveau de la réception. Une machine à glaçons est aussi disponible. Le petit-déjeuner est assez varié, il y a également deux machines à gaufres, et des petites bouteilles d'eau à disposition. Il y a un ascenseur pour monter à l'étage.

My first thought was Marriott has a great reputation and consistent lodging at whichever property you stay in. Not true. I think the cleaning staff is completely checked out. My bathroom was filthy, shower has long black hair (I have very short hair) along the back shower shelf. EVERY shower bottle of shampoo, conditioner and body wash was completely EMPTY. Thoroughly confused how this is at all acceptable at any hotel, particularly this chain.

The staff was friendly, but the service was not up to par. We were asked to pick up extra towels at the front desk instead of having them delivered to our room, which was a first for us at a hotel. Additionally, the noise from the bathroom fan was as loud as a grinder, and the AC unit sounded like a motorcycle. While the room looked decent, the furniture and other items in the room felt fragile and on the verge of breaking. On a positive note, the indoor pool was excellent.

El hotel esta bien, pero 1) no limpiaron el cuarto y cuando llegue en la noche y pregunté me dijeron que era solo bajo demanda y 2) nos despertaron a las 6:00 am los jardineros con máquinas podadoras

I would really like to shout out the staff here my nephew left his stuffed mouse and when we first noticed it was gone we called and they couldn’t find it :( but we got an email the next day and they found “mousey” and he will be shipped to us! Thank you so so much this will be one happy boy when he gets back to him :)
