This is a very nice place for Business traveller.. and this place is also under the accor group , totally recommend this !

Las habitaciones estándar son amplias, pero sin vistas. El mobiliario, el suelo y las paredes presentaban falta de ***tenimiento. La caja de seguridad no estaba fijada a la pared. El aire acondicionado era excesivamente ruidoso. La ducha sólo tenía una salida superior fija, y la temperatura del agua oscilaba. Me ofrecieron por correo un upgrade a habitación ejecutiva con vistas, que acepté pero no me aplicaron. Demasiados fallos para un 5 estrellas.

Exelente Servicio las personas que trabajan ahi hacen tu experiencia mas agradable un lugar muy agradable en la recepcion, los camareros, las personas del bar en general fue una experiencia muy grata estar en ese hotel exelente

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Gateway Hotel, Vizag. The property is right across the beach and has an amazing view from the restaurant & bar. This property is 30+ yrs old but location is something to die for...Rooms are comfortable, breakfast spread is good. The best thing about this hotel is the Happy Hours which offers BUY1GET1 at Lawson Lounge until 10 pm. The staff is hospitable, they arranged a special table for us overlooking the sea. At the restaurant, staff accommodated our special request for kids food. The best thing I liked about the hotel was it's transparency. Right at the check-out counter, they have placed a placard stating 5% service charge is optional and u can claim it back. Most hotels hide this information while here we have a hotel that is vocal about it...thoroughly loved it! Areas of improvement: Bathrooms are dimly lit, clothes hanging hook is above the toilet seat which makes it unusable. Note: This property does not have a private beach

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and professional. Location of the hotel is the best in vizag in RK Beach. Hotel ambience, room, and other facilities are up to the standard for 5 star property. Food was awesome. Breakfast spread was great.

Our home in Vizag, experienced good hospitality, in room dining, cleanliness and approach of staff to solve our problems immediately. Overall we felt happy being in Gateway Hotel, though on business visit but also we always come to the same hotel when we are in Vizafg

The food was fabulous And mainly the staff members were very polite and the staff was very super friendly and very ready to help the customers Overall it seems to be like very luxurious and fantastic restaurant to visit and enjoy your most valuable time
