While the morning front desk person was the sweetest, the night manager wasn't quite as knowledgeable. But that wasn't really the issue. The only room available, I was told, did not have blinds. Nor a desk. While the night manager stated that I would get a 50% discount since there were no blinds, Trip.com couldn't seem to get hold of the property to discuss my concerns. I've stayed here before, but it seems to be getting worse as time goes on. What's going on, Wyndham?
