Disappointed no Coffee setup in dining area for early morning risers. Coffee pot in rooms subpar. Complimentary breakfast very good, would be nice if sausage-gravy was added. Very nice to get the Free drink tickets, but would be nice if the hours to redeem was from 3-6pm. No Hot-tub. Very confusing on What amenities are available for ES customers to Marriott and Cavalier. Conflicting answers from ES and Marriott employees about use of pools. We realize you just opened in February. We look forward to a return trip next May! Mike Braner. Mary Anne’s Husband.

When we checked in, the front desk rep was friendly, efficient and very helpful and informative about details concerning our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable and I would highly recommend this property for anyone going to Virginia Beach.

Very nice property. Perfect for out of season although it is not on boardwalk but it is right on beach. Staff was fantastic and very friendly. I had dinner at the Cavalier hotel, part of property, and that was very special place. Downside was many places were not open in the off season and they charge extra for parking!!!

This is a new Hotel...The mattress is awful...sleep on the couch...My wife had back pain...Upgrade your Mattress!!!!

Stayed here on 1/6-1/7. Beautiful hotel. Very clean! Staff was very nice and accommodating. Two complementary drinks daily per guest. Breakfast is good. Arbuncle’s has amazing food. We really enjoyed ourselves. Pool was clean and relaxing. Worth every penny.

Rooms exceptionally clean!! Large rooms. Soap and lotions delicious. Enough towels and wash clothes. Unfortunately had a screaming baby in the room next door that cried constantly! And I mean at all hours night and day. So was not able to sit in living room area at all!!! Resort fees were deducted and I appreciated those being deducted however I dont understand why you have resort fees in the winter months ! I thought the fee for valet parking was too high. Was not able to enjoy any meals in the restaurant however the offer of free breakfasts nice!!!! The shuttle bus to The Cavalier was sensational and the drivers wonderful ( especially extra driver helping out on New Years Eve who was young and huge and muscular so could help Me out of the shuttle since I have knee problems).

Decorated for Chris**as wonderful your staff made my wife and I feel like fix for queen and king. It was our 40th wedding anniversary and love every minute of it. Thanks

The property and staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying at this hotel if you would like a nice and clean hotel.
