Have always loved the Cavelier Spa and restaurants. So I was so happy to book a last minute couples night away with my husband for our 15 year at the Embassy Suites and was not disappointed. The decor and aesthetic is amazing. The music theme was so fun. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. We walked over to Orion’s Roof for dinner which is also a family favorite. It was a great 24 hour stay.

Resort charges resort fee to have an access to the beach, but every outsider can use it. The beach equipment is dirty and old. The stuff is not enforcing any access.

Beautiful property. Staff was EXCELLENT (with the exception of the bartenders at both outside pool restaurants, TNT and The Deck). The mattress on the king bed was pretty awful for an Embassy Suites, and the pool was definitely not maintained well, very cloudy. Other than that it was a fantastic stay, the staff were amazing, front desk, dining, and housekeeping. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, huge balcony (we had a partial ocean view on the side of the building and it was still a great view). There were plenty of food options right there at the resort, and all were great and not unreasonably priced (for the beach!).

It would be 5 stars but we had to wait all the way up to 4pm to check in, which is ridiculous considering we paid over $500 for the night. The price is another reason it is not 5 stars. That's a crazy amount of money for a single night, and some nights were over $800. My monthly mortgage is $1100... You also have to pay $25 a night for parking, which is insulting considering what you're already paying. The food and drinks were great but again, your paying top dollar for it all, except breakfast. The amount of kids taking over the pool was also ridiculous. The water looked extremely cloudy. Otherwise it was a very pretty and clean resort area with a great beach and beautiful views. I would stay here every visit if the prices were more reasonable.

Not satisfied when arrivi g at hotel around 4 pm.. Booked through ex pedia...they thought we needed 2 rooms...only booked one...hotel would not let us into room for 1 hr. Until problem was resolved with expedia...this is terrible especially when we are in our 80s and traveling...never had this experience before...they did upgrade our room? They need to upgrade the front desk....

Fancy hotel, good breakfast, whats not to like? Its right at the beach, easy access, safe area. Only stayed a night but might return if in this area again
