We’ve been coming out to the Va. Beach area for over ten years now and have stayed at the Four Sails for ten years. The units are very comfortable and clean. The location is perfect for us with plenty of stores nearby. The boardwalk and beach are the best.

Wonderful staff greeted us at this casual beachfront location and were very attentive. Thank you Desmond for all your help and hospitality. Clean and comfortable rooms with kitchen. All rooms offer beach views and great access to special local amenities and restaurants.

room was not as stated,not full kitchen,smallest in resort,balcone over restaurant and exhaust fans tried to change room,mananger said can;t do, full house,was not true,turned and walked away,no hello or goodby, all service people are great and kind, not so for management, manager should be sent back customer service school we have stayed there more then 10 times and had great weeks,but not this time,may not return,thank you

Property could use a bit of power washing and some paint. Update to memory foam beds, update the appliances and it will be perfect.

We stayed a week in the end of the off season, early April. The first two days we had hot water, the next 2-3 days we were cold water only. The balcony was not kept clean, I came in with black feet from balcony, and mosquitos were fairly constant on the balcony. Door to parking garage 2nd floor doesn't latch handly broken, and found someone, maybe homeless vagrant sleeping in elevator. Lower level hall door propped open with pot smell wafting through. Resort staff seemed to be very friendly and helpful when needed. Katies Cafe was a nice place for breakfast a few mornings, and not awful pricing. The parking garage is best used by small to medium sized vehicles, and may be lacking spaces during high use season.

Property could use some up dating. Has peeling wallpaper and stained tub. Also parking garage is extremely narrow makes it hard to park. Room was nice enjoyed my stay. Would stay again
