Service was excellent, there was some confusion on check in date but this was resolved very quickly. So trip.com did and excellent job, and provided great customer service. The Spark by Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront, was in an excellent location, my room provided a great view of the ocean, and very convenient, and within walking distance to restaurants and shops.

It was under construction. Paint stains all over floors, pool nasty! Everybody from anywhere can use the pool. Never seen it clean during my stay. Wall paper coming down in bathroom, mold in shower. Floor so wet few humidity you can slip on it. Had a problem with key the whole stay there. Open the door the first day to room and floor had trash all in it from them changing the locks. Staff not friendly at all. They need to shut this place down.

This has been the choice hotel for my family for 10 years when we take our annual Va beach vacation! No issues with hotel or its staff, the room, the check in process flawless as usual, but the new aqua holics poolside bar and venue is horrible, limited selection of food and drinks and to top it off the staff is rude and over aggressive. They appear to be an entity that simply rents space from the hotel but they act as if they own the property. We went to enjoy the pool area and they literally said we don’t have room you must leave. I bought my room it’s not my fault the alcoholics and folks who are not staying on property have over crowded the ata, they should move or you relocate them. The pool belongs to choice hotels not your overrated brand. Terrible in that regard so we spent most of our vacation on the beach to avoid trouble and being hassled and harassed!

Ahorra tu dinero no lo uses en este hotel hay mejores hoteles al rededor de esta área este es el peor Hotel, al chequear las personas con actitud muy mala actitud, mal olor al entrar, cuartos sucios mal olor en el cuarto, avía reservado el cuarto para dos noches y solo quede una por el olor en el cuarto y las camas, pedí reembolso por la noche que no use y no me lo dieron prácticamente te roban el dinero porque cuando agarré la reservación decía reembolso 100% es una mentira, también dise desayuno incluido y solo tienen café, también dise vistas al mar y mentira.
Créanme yo me e quedado en muchos hotel porque trabajo fuera de casa en varios estados y nunca avía tenido una experiencia tan mala como esta, la verdad lo peor de lo peor.
