英屬維京群島瑰麗飯店(Rosewood Little DIX Bay)

Excelente hotel. O quarto grande, ar condicionado funcionou super bem. A praia do hotel é lindíssimas e eles possuem várias experiências. Os restaurantes do hotel muito bons… Deixaram a deseja no serviço da praia… tinha somente 2 pessoas atendendo e demoravam demais para arrumar as camas de praia e tirar os pedidos. O concierge também era um pouco atrapalhado e limitado no atendimento… pedíamos ajuda para reservar alguns passeios e eles não davam a assistência que poderiam dar. No entanto, o hotel e a praia, supriram essa falha

We stayed in a pool suite for our 10th anniversary. Having stayed at several other Rosewood properties, Eden Rock, and other properties in the Caribbean, we expected much much more for the price point. It is a beautiful property. In general, however, they just missed the mark in nearly every area. We do not plan to return. KUDOS: - The people were lovely. - The room was well appointed. - Breakfast was good with many options and good quality. - Afternoon tea was lovely. - Spa trea**ents were well done. - The gym was decently equipped. OPPORTUNITIES: - The food at lunch and dinner was mediocre at all restaurants, especially for a secluded resort at this price point. - The spa facilities were disappointing. The view was stunning but spa pools were too cold to use and there were no steam/sauna facilities. - The suite pool was unable to be heated and was too cold for us. - Butler service was awkward and borderline intrusive. Would have preferred to not have one. - We were disappointed in off-resort restaurants and transportation. The resort did their best to manage challenges, but it was not what we expected after being to other top properties.

Stunning resort with excellent staff, food, and amenities. Everything was so well organized for daily activities and relaxing. Daily beach drops, water activities, farm and horticulture tour, tennis and pickleball, and relaxing on the gorgeous beach. Cannot wait to come back!

Unlike the Rosewood Montecito and the Crillion Paris, this Resort was terrific as a RockResort, but was a TOTAL disappoin**ent under Rosewood management. With an Indian influence that pervades everything from the annoying valets to the inedible foor and small and cold pool, it was a total mistake. We LOVE Malliouhana on Anguilla, wanted to try something different, but never again! bedbugs in the first room we were assigned, and a year ago NO COVID measures. Whatever town was there had closed down. I emailed the CEO--a fellow Harvard alum--and NEVER GOT A RESPONSE.

Beautiful location and very high quality service everywhere. Staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. The Butler team makes a big difference, taking care of anything you need…every room has their own team checking in with you multiple times per day whether it’s dinner reservations, dropping off ice or water, recommendations on what to do, having a friendly chat, etc. Lots of activities on the resort and nearby. Recommend renting a jeep and driving around the island and snorkeling in the bay to see the sea turtles. Food was spectacular. Landscaping is immaculate. We hope to be back again!

One of the best resort experiences we’ve ever had. By far the best aspect was the incredible service by the private butlers (Neil and Mikel and Robin). They elevated an already amazing experience into a once in a lifetime event. We will never forget it and hope to be back soon.

We planned for a much-needed break and anniversary celebration here, and could not have been happier with our choice. It was a Perfect Stay, and from the moment we arrived by boat at the pier and were greeted there by our two butlers and the amazing GM, we were sure we picked the right place. The property is special and we visited the farm, which was interesting, and we very much enjoyed sitting around the fire pits after dinner to talk with the very nice other guests we met there. We enjoyed our meals in the restaurants with amazing settings on the beautiful property, and the staff in each could not have been more accommodating. The same can be said of breakfast, which was incredible overall, and they recalled the things we liked from the initial breakfast onward giving us the feeling we were recognized and being taken good care of. We also had amazing massages in the beautiful spa where you could hear the sea in the background and use the great infinity pool there with a special view. We appreciated and enjoyed all the treats given on the beach each day on top of the amazing Ice Cream and Tea Time offered every afternoon. The Butlers were great for your every need while we were there, and then seeing us off back to reality on the pier, sad to leave, but we assured them we would get back ASAP to this special place in paradise. Thanks again and much appreciation and respect to the GM, Butlers, and the entire staff until the next time...

Yogis find yoga wherever they go. Fortunately, I was at Rosewood Little Dix Bay. I was able to take Arun’s Hatha class on Wednesday, his Vinyasa class on Thursday, and his restorative class on Friday. Each class was distinctive and grounding. When I return to Little Dix Bay, which I will as the resort is top notch, I will find Arun again and enrich and expand my practice. Thank you, Arun!

This was our second visit and we stayed in a beach cottage. The location is superb and is very private. We found the food excellent and the restaurants lovely. We loved the beach drop with catered lunch. I also loved the horticulture tour given by the head of gardening. I wish I could remember his name. We were there to celebrate my 60th birthday. We let them know when booking that it was a special occasion. It was not acknowledged, ever, even on my actual birthday. My husband mentioned this to reception and to one of our our butlers. Still, nothing. A little card would have been appreciated. As beautiful as this resort is, attention to the small details would make it perfect.
