Pretty good, just bare bones It was overall good place to stay, however, there was no way to control the temperature so I was cold most nights. They did not have any extra pillows or blankets. The people who live above the basement apartment were quite loud and you could hear everything from them, dropping silverware on the floor to their cell phone vibrating. That being said, it was clean, easy to find and easy to park and in a nice neighborhood.

This property is well worth trying out, especially for longer stays. We stayed two nights entry was easily accessible, communication was great and everything was clean. Loved the kitchen and appliances were new and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities of the washer and dryer were nice although not used. Vacuum was convenient as well as trash disposal on the property. The noise level was louder than expected. However, it was the weekend, holidays, and we're not used to a basement apartment either. The price is phenomenal, as well as, all of the little perks we will definitely stay if in the area and suggest to our friends and family. Thank you for an amazing stay you made a long distance visit possible, affordable, and comfortable for us as I was only two weeks out from a lower back fusion!

It is in a new neighborhood, there is plenty of parking. The apartment is new, all finishings are in great condition, it is quiet. Overall it is perfect
