"Good rooms, but the day pass service is terrible. We paid for a weekend and the jacuzzi area was only for 2 and full of day pass people. Also, it didn't seem like a hotel but rather a QUINTA spa. Even paying for three nights I couldn't use the jacuzzi for the three full days of the day pass and it was terrible. I would NEVER COME BACK!"

"酒店是好的,但價格並不代表客戶應該是的(價格-質量關係)...入住非常,入住酒店的入住也會惡化,甚至正在進行建築。房間是無電視信號的舒適性(至少應該有一台MagistTV ) , 只有互聯網上可以獲得電影,互聯網也很不足。他們正在做更多的房間,在期內有建築,這在視覺上不讓遊客滿意。堅實的餐具是昂貴的,不代表適當的質量-價格。我們要求一口,不需要看到很多 Papa。我認爲合作者們正在努力提供一個好的服務,但需要從管理層來提供正確的指導。只有戴安娜在餐廳和餐廳服務,在接待處服務,盡力,一個偉大的工人,真相不錯,但她不會建議,也不願意回去。夜價本身應該至少比收費低35-40 % , 而不符合客戶的質量和服務預期。"
