If i could give it no star I would. Host were aggressive from the very start, shouting and screaming for us to sign a contract that wasn't in our language and wasn't allowed to translate. It even escalated into her locking us into the house until we signed it. Our privacy was invading as they live attached to the property which wasn't stated when we booked and were peeping out of the curtain which overlooked the pool area. When we arrive there were people using the pool even tho we were told the villa was to be ours for the week. There was mold in our shower and weird stains on our duvet. No linen or towels provided. Not even bowls were provided. Plates surrounding the pool were loose and were causing cement to crumble into the pool so we had to remove them for the safety of the children in our group. The host stormed out and took a picture of the removed plates; when I went over to explain she ran off back to the house and locked the door before we could even explain. She was not happy to answer any question or concerns. 3 of the six showers were unusable as they either flooded or not being able to control the temperature. The garden was overgrown, full of weeds and rubbish. We had a lovely time as a family but It was a shame the villa has fallen into despair as it doesn't look like pictures on this or other website. The host is unfriendly and hostile even in front of the children. Don't stay here !!!!!
