「很棒的別墅,適合浪漫度假。別墅很漂亮,很棒的私人游泳池,設備齊全的廚房可以做飯,浴室很寬敞,但希望他們能更換吹風機,因爲它太慢,友好和樂於助人的員工。總而言之,超級棒的住宿! 缺點是別墅的位置,在島的內陸,大約5-7mins騎自行車從碼頭/鎮中心,步行可以向上15分鐘,所以當你到達碼頭時,立即租一輛自行車,或者你可以騎馬如果你沒有被白人打擾,那就毫無意義。晚上道路可能黑暗,所以一定要帶手電筒,下雨的時候道路可能有點泥。」

「Отличный отельчик, хороший персонал. Хорошие завтраки хоть и выбор ограничен. Очень чисто. Вышел из номера- упал на лежак на пляже. Супер. Правда в 10 часов свет кругом выключают, типо спокойной ночи. В порту наверное веселей было.」

「Kaleydo Villas is a fantastic choice for a relaxing stay in Gili Trawangan. The room and enclosed bathroom are spotless, keeping insects out and ensuring comfort. The staff is incredibly hospitable and helpful. Breakfast is generous, can choose multiple menu options. A highlight is the free, unlimited bike rental, ideal for exploring the island. The villa is located on the quieter side of Gili T, offering a peaceful retreat away from the noisy party areas. It’s just a 5-minute walk to several dive centers, as well as nice cafes and restaurants. Highly recommended for a tranquil and convenient stay!」

「Don’t believe the pictures in the advertisement! They don’t reflect reality. The pictures pretend that the hotel is at least a 4 * location. The truth is that this is not the case! It is located at a very poor area in mid of the island where local people burn their trash including plastic. The smell is disgusting it is everywhere, in your room also during night and it burns in your eyes. The hotel is run by a group of very young unprofessional boys and I would like to emphasise that they are really friendly, kind and helpful and try to do their best. They also prepare breakfast in a kitchen which is disgusting! Therefore, I preferred to have breakfast at a proper place even though breakfast was included. See the attached fotos to get an impression what expects you and better choose another hotel if you want to enjoy your holidays. I had to pay 400 € for 3 nights, it is not worth half the price. I tried to get a reimbursement but the hotel didn’t accept. They obviously see the hotel as a cash cow and not a place where their guest should feel comfortable. This was very frustrating! At the end Trip. com accepted my complaint and offered me help. My advice: Choose a hotel at the beach, there are so many!」
