This villa is located in the countryside 1 km from the center of the village of Dieulefit, in Drôme Provençale.It was renovated in 2019 and has a large living room which includes a living room, a dining room and a kitchen open to the living room.You will find in the kitchen a lot of equipment (Nespresso coffee machine, food processor, microwave oven, ice maker ..)The first bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with a bunk bed and a 140 cm sofa bed that can accommodate up to 4 people. The second bedroom, upstairs, is equipped with a 160 cm bed and can accommodate 2 people.The bathroom has a double sink, a shower and a bathtub. The toilets are separate, this house also has a laundry room.Each window of the house overlooks nature you can enjoy with family or friends its vast outdoor area of 2500 m2 surrounded by nature, it has a large terrace with dining area and deckchair…A children's play area is also present on the ground.You also get a breathtaking view of nature and the mountains.PS: we do not ask for a deposit when booking. A deposit check of 500 euros will be requested at your reception.
