Pure Fonte Velha B&B

In een woord fantastisch. Gastvrije en behulpzame bediening. Mooie kamer en een grote gezamenlijke ruimte met keuken. Hier kun je zelf koffie en thee zetten, of je eigen eten klaarmaken. Heel goed gedaan. Supermarkt vlakbij en ook de lokale gezellige overdekte groente en vismarkt.

Nos alojamos en la opción de estudio que queda fuera del edificio principal. Fácil acceso y aparcamiento. No faltaba de nada en el mismo, con los enseres bien cuidados. Baño amplio, cama cómoda, TV con conexión a tus apps favoritas para ver tus series, etc... Comodidad en el check-in. Cálida atención por parte del personal. recomendable.

Très joli B&B, décoré avec soin. Bruit avec la chambre voisine. Par contre l'accueil n'a pas été très agréable. Le français n'a pas la cote. N'a vraiment pas fait d'effort pour nous comprendre à part dire "sorry" "sorry" rien d'autre. Il y avait bien des documents écrits en portugais et en anglais, les seules langues qui semblent exister. De faire la même chose en français, allemand, espagnol, etc... ce serait sympathique. Heureusement que cette personne nous a donné l'adresse d'un bon restaurant. Merci. Super petit déjeuner.

Throughout our 2 week stay in Portugal, this was our favourite accommodation. A truly beautiful place to stay, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The building is newly renovated and very well designed. We stayed in a room on the first floor with a balcony. It was extremely quiet and the beds (and pillows) were high quality to give a really good night's sleep. Rooms are air conditioned and very spacious. Breakfasts are particularly nice, with a wide range of food on offer, including fresh fruit and freshly made breads/cakes. One of the best features of the hotel is the well equipped communal kitchen. You can make coffees and teas (there's 2 automatic coffee machines with freshly ground beans) - and there's a large fridge and microwave. Everything is immaculately clean and there's plenty of chairs and sofas to relax. There is plenty of parking either on the street outside, or in numerous parking bays 50m up from the hotel. Vila do Bispo is a lovely small town and it has some high quality cafes and restaurants - including a superb vegetarian. Would highly recommend and thanks for an amazing stay.

Beautiful room, all very new, clean and in natural materials. Lovely and helpful staff, fantastic breakfast, beautiful kitchen available. We loved it, very relaxing, felt like at home in only 2 nights We would strongly recommend it!!!!!

Il miglior hotel del mio viaggio anche come rapporto qualita/prezzo. Colazione piu che eccellente (come quantita e qualita) , camere spaziose, letto enorme, letto comodissimo, ottimo gusto dell arredamento, centralissimo, silenzioso. Super consigliato!

Great standards. Spotlessly clean every day and rooms cleaned daily. Not what I expected from a B&B but made all the difference. Great central location to Sagres, Lagos and all the beaches in between. Amazing team. Could not do enough for you and felt genuinely cared about the guests.

Chambre très jolie,propre et bien décorée,très épurée.Venus pour être au calme ,malheureusement,chambre côté rue passante et un chien qui hurle jour et nuit dans l’entreprise face à notre chambre!Chambre pas très bien isolée et ce soir(je suis encore sur place !)les personnes dans la chambre à côté font du bruit ,claquent les portes et on a l’impression qu’ils tapent dans le mur !!! Dommage.

Ao tentar fazer uma reserva para 3 noites no PURE FONTE VELHA B&B, o booking não conseguiu cobrar o valor, porque o cartão da empresa não é de crédito, é de débito (apesar de haver indicação da possibilidade de usar cartão de débito). No próprio dia (momento) contactei o anfitrião e perguntei se poderíamos efetuar o pagamento de outra forma, respondeu que poderia efetuar o pagamento por transferência bancária, aceitei e fiquei a aguardar o email com o nib, antes de enviar o nib, deixou caducar a reserva, no dia seguinte enviou o e-mail com o nib e em vez de transferir o valor, desloquei-me ao local (por sorte estava de férias perto) para entender o problema e pagar com o cartão diretamente, a funcionária confirmou o anulamento na véspera e que já estaria reservado por outra pessoa. Além do anfitrião me ter engano (talvez mais interessante trocar por outra reserva mais rentável), enviou o nib para fazer o pagamento sabendo que a reserva já estava cancelada! (dito pelo próprio) Se eu não me tivesse deslocado ao local, teria pago uma estadia que não existia e provavelmente só o iria descobrir quando chega-se no primeiro dia da reserva. Durante a conversa que tive com o anfitrião no dia que me desloquei ao alojamento, mostrou se uma pessoa arrogante, mal educada, manipuladora e mau caráter, tentando fazer-me de parvo e a insinuar que estaria a mentir, quando tenho as provas através das mensagens trocadas. Uma vergonha!!!
