維哥孔波斯特拉飯店

Mi estancia en el Hotel Compostela de Vigo dejó mucho que desear. Lo único rescatable fue la atención del recepcionista de noche, un chico (creo que canario) que fue muy amable y atento. Lamentablemente, la experiencia no fue la misma con el personal de la mañana. Julia, la recepcionista de día, nos dio un trato muy desagradable, con respuestas secas y una actitud poco profesional, lo cual empeoró nuestra impresión del lugar. En cuanto a la habitación, nos hospedamos en lo que llaman "ático". Sin embargo, la única razón por la que le dicen ático es porque está en la planta más alta, ya que no tiene ninguna característica que lo haga tal. Las ventanas no se pueden abrir, lo que provoca una falta de ventilación muy incómoda. El desayuno fue otra decepción. Aunque se promociona como "continental", la variedad es muy limitada. Ni siquiera te incluyen algo tan básico como una rodaja de pavo o queso. Definitivamente, la relación calidad-precio es muy baja, y no recomendaría este hotel ni volvería a hospedarme aquí.

This is an older hotel centrally located close to the waterfront and shopping streets. The bathroom seemed new and had an excellent shower although the towels were rather thin. The room itself was older and showing its age with rather marked and tired dark wood furniture, no dressing table or hairdryer. The electrical sockets in the room were old and our Euro adaptors wouldn't plug into them. Thankfully there was a new style socket in the bathroom and we used this to charge our phones etc. The reception staff were very helpful. Our room only had one chair so we asked for and got a second chair. Why do hotels only put one chair in a room intended for two people? Our main concern about the hotel was the poor soundproofing. We could clearly hear people talking on the phone, coughing and moving around in the room next door. Sound also leaked around the door to the room, we could hear people talking in the corridor which disturbed us. Despite this, we thought the room was good value for money especially if soundproofing and those electrical sockets can be looked at.

Hotel a pie de paseo marítimo, ubicación excelente. Habitación pequeña pero limpia y cómoda. Tuvimos un problema con el inodoro y lo solucionaron inmediatamente. Personal amable, repetiríamos seguro. Por poner una pega... tenia cortina en la bañera 😏
