good location, they have a clean rooms and very friendly staff will stay here again when we come back in vigan city

Quite clean and nice hotel, located very near Calle Crisologo. Staff are friendly and helpful as well. Definitely I will stay at this hotel if I go to Vigan again.

I really like this hotel, though a bit difficult to find at the beginning, some people doesn't know this hotel and found out that's its just new. But eventually we figured it out, we saw the street sign Calle Jacinto. The room is clean with bath towel, liquid soap, tooth brush, bottled water. Paulo is very accomodating when we've reached the hotel. There are some decorative paintings around the living room area at the second floor. Though you can smell the freshly paint but since I love painting so I really don't mind it😁. It's a walking distance from the famous Calle Crisologo. We walked around and watched the famous dancing fountain at night and we don't have difficulty going back to the hotel since it's just near. The only problem we've encountered in our room is the toilet bowl has some problem but we've talked to Ms. Meg their supervisor and they will surely fix this asap. They served a set meal breakfast, you just need to choose which one you like to eat with coffee or juice. Overall, our stay is satisfactory and this hotel is highly recommended.

We had a second floor balcony room which was clean and spacious. Good water pressure and hot shower. Breakfast was offered as a room service, which we greatly appreciated. Location is just a short walk to the tourist street.

The location is very near to calle crisologo. Their staff was bery friendly and accommodating. High recommended🙌🏻.

- хорошее местоположение - и в центре,и на тихой улочке, где нет толп народа и цокающих лошадей - приятный, вежливый персонал - в номере чисто - есть парковка, хотя и небольшая - шумный кондиционер. Спать с таким совершенно невозможно, а без него жарко - в номере была дверь, которая соединяла его с другим номером. Она была закрыта, то такое чувство, что ее не было вовсе - все было слышно, даже когда люди в той комнате спокойно разговаривали. - постель неудобная. Не могу сказать чем именно, возможно слишком жёсткий матрас. - за доп. одеяло взяли доп. 100 песо - ну и сам номер довольно небольшой

Best hotel ever!! Best service. Best staff.walking distance to all the attractions. Breakfast taste great. Parking available. Staff are very accommodating. Shout out to the girl at the front dest who is very accommodating. More than 5 star rating
