房間佈局很好。樓下有健身房和泳池。酒店所處位置距離機場和市中心都很方便。服務人員都很熱情滿臉笑容。這是一次不錯的選擇。雖然我這次是商務出差。但這家酒店個人感覺很適合家庭出遊入住。下回來肯定還是住這裏。

老撾地標級別五星級酒店，房間大，設施比較舊，但是可以接受，在湄公河旁邊，4層以上可以看到河景，酒店很大大廳氣派，商務出差可以住

I recently had a delightful experience at Lao Plaza Hotel in Vientiane. The accommodations were excellent, with spacious and clean rooms. The highlight was the fantastic breakfast buffet, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes. The hotel's restaurant was decent, but there are also great dining options nearby. The gym and pool were okay, although they could use some improvement. Overall, I highly recommend Lao Plaza Hotel for a comfortable stay in Vientiane.

這家酒店房間很大，性價比高。設施很新。給我映像最深的是前台經理小楊和她的幾位同事給我們提供了周到細緻的服務。交談中得知前台經理小楊是一位來自四川的美女，雖然剛來老撾也不過兩周的時間。但依然為我們積極解決旅途中遇到的問題。期間我身體有些不舒服，我向前台求助，她積極為我找醫院，並聯繫車輛送我前去就診。通過前台細緻熱心的服務，這個酒店給我留下了深刻的印象。

Large, decent room with a beautiful view of the Mekong. But a mattress as hard as a plank of wood, air conditioning barely working, dark lighting with 5W bulbs, the lack of hot water in the bathroom, and the loud noise from the road below made my 14 days stay unpleasant. This was reinforced by very, very basic food, always the same at each meal, with poor quality products (tasteless meat, sometimes giving the impression of eating cardboard). Don't hope to have any reduction, or gift, even small. I broke a glass and I was asked to pay 6 $ to replace it (the real cost is 0,8$). However, at the same time, I paid 910$ for my stay. I was there in a particular context, since I did about forty when I entered Laos. So my comments on the food do not relate to the restaurants at this hotel. But this is a hotel that I would not go back to and that I do not recommend

My family and I stayed here for our last 2 nights in Vientiane and we were not disappointed. Upon checking in we were greeted by refreshing cold drinks. The check in process was incredibly smooth. The hotel staff helped us move our bags to our two adjoining rooms. Our rooms overlooked the garden/pond and was extremely cozy. I only wished we had stayed longer. The pool was amazing! I found it rare to get deep pool that is swimmable in Laos and Thailand and this one did not disappoint! It was perfect. We were able to get poolside service too. We also dined at the restaurant and our dinner and drinks were great. It is hard to find nice cocktails in SEA outside of the major hotels and Green Park’s dry martini did not disappoint. My parents liked the hotel so much they even joined us the following night and rented their own room right next to ours. We had a fabulous time and will definitely be back to stay here since we have family in Laos. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

The location was great, walking to many amenities. Can reach the market, some bars and restaurants and wats in walking distance.Reception was warm and welcoming throughout our stay. They were able to assist us with anything we required.

酒店簡直精緻,歡迎來到老撾的法國,房間和傢俱只是讓你感覺在巴黎,房間是我住過的最好的,腰帶下面有32個國家,簡直驚豔。工作人員非常棒,超級友好,經理非常出色地幫助我解決一個重大問題,當我在抵達老撾前幾天在柬埔寨被偷信用卡後,我無法獲得資金。她很專業,但以非常同情和同情的方式處理了這個問題。對她做得好,因爲她顯然是以身作則,這就是爲什麼工作人員如此友好和擅長那裏的工作。
