Pessimo “hotel”. Le stanze sono piccolissime, sporche, letto matrimoniale francese scomodissimo, mini bagno, non sai dove poggiare bagagli e oggetti. Il proprietario ti risponde in chat in maniera generica non fornendo soluzioni (non utilizzabili tv e wifi). Assente l’aria condizionata (purtroppo ho alloggiato ad agosto e l’aria in stanza era irrespirabile). L’hotel utilizza codici per l’ingresso (non c’è una reception, ovviamente, perché un addetto rischierebbe il linciaggio) ed è complicato da rintracciare. Qualità/prezzo: indecente, a saperlo non ci avrei alloggiato manco gratis. Insomma, al limite della truffa.

This “hotel” (indeed a low-quality hostel) can be surely considered as the worst hotel in Vienna. Its location in the map is at 2 km from its real position in the street. People select this hotel since it seems in a more attractive place and then spend hours to find it. Check-on and all communication are through WhatsApp only. The cleaning personnel does not speak English and never clean rooms, where people stay (only after their departure). 2 main managers give many promises, for example “we will repair the broken table and clean your room”, where we had a lot of glass pieces. Guests have to resolve problems of this hotel instead of having a rest. Problems during our stay: the table fell down with caps of hot tea causing burn on the leg. Water in the shower is “distributed” to all sides because of bad construction. No air conditioning, fan only. Permanent noise outside (restaurant and people from other rooms in the garden) before 2-3 am. Cockroaches inside; terrible view from windows. No cleaning service and change of towels. The broken table have not been repaired for 1 week. One evening, 3 families with children were unable to enter to the 2nd floor, since the locker was damaged. The manager was not worrying about it telling us that this is no matter for him, “you are not the first”. Then somebody opened from inside, after 40 min waiting, and this saved all of us, since the administration was not going to come. This locker was then covered with scotch. Windows seem old and we had a sensation that they could be broken after opening or closing them. The cleaning personnel doesn’t take the trush out. This room cannot cost 100 $ per night, maximum 20$; the price doesn’t correspond to the required quality.

We arrived late as notified the host. To find the property was a little hard. First of all the rooms are basically part of a bigger apartment that was split in individual rooms. The room itself is very small and in bad shape. The entrance door is a normal room door with a lock. On the door is a dirty stingy foam sheet applied to it probably for soundproofing. The bed was literally broken and the furniture drawer also. The walls are dirty. I contacted the host but it did not care. Furthermore it marked our stay as a NO SHOW. About a refund is out of the question. In the end at 23:30 we went on the site and we got another hotel nearby. - If you don't want to ruin your vacation chose another location.
