The hotel and staff was superb, friendly efficient and very accommodating. Communication before our stay was good albeit the taxi pickup was problematic, the driver being hard to find. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable and the breakfast food and service excellent. Highly recommend the Imlauer.

Gut unterhaltenes & sauberes Hotel - mit Zimmern zum ruhigen Innenhof ; Freundliche Rezeption. Fußläufig zu Tram und U-Bahn, und wenn man will auch zu Fuß in die Innenstadt.
Bei unserem Wien-Aufenthalt hat alles gepasst.

It was a good stay but air conditioning was weak. I don’t understand why the air conditioning is so bad that it doesn’t cool the room to the desired temperature. I see this as a problem with lot of hotels in Europe where they say “ open the windows etc”. This hotel needs to look at their air conditioning. Otherwise the hotel stay was ok, decent location etc. But the air conditioning is a major let down.

I enjoyed 7 nights staying last week in April, 2023. Very clean and recently renovated hotel. A little bit small room for me and my daughter, but we did not stay much in the hotel. It also has many classic features in the hotel (like unique terrace) with very good breakfast buffet option. Very convenient place for both dining and a city tour, as well as from the airport (S7). Very friendly staffs too.

Alles war sehr gut.
Ein einziger Minuspunkt ist der für ein so gutes im Zentrum einer Weltmetropole gelegenes Hotel äußerst schwaches Wlan.

Lovely. Staff friendly and professional
If you are tired and just want a bite to eat and a drink at the end of the day the gentleman running to little cafe was wonderful
