Amazing boutique hotel, absolutely stunning decor. Spotlessly clean and every staff member extremely helpful. Right next to U3 entrance but we walked pretty much everywhere. Bakery had the best almond croissant I’ve tasted and chez Bernard was also delicious, the nicest meal we ate all week and the cocktails were pretty good too. Emailed before hand to arrange transport from airport and this was sorted with no problem. Highly recommend

Super chic, Parisian-inspired art deco design. Comfortable, clean, close to transport and shopping, and to the museum district. In-house restaurant which provides breakfast, lunch and dinner for guests is fabulous with great views and excellent service but is $$$. Aside from pricier food/drink costs, it is an great base for a Vienna visit.

Walkable to the main site seeing area - museum district. Underground next to hotel ( although we walked everywhere as weather was good.
Good restaurant, friendly staff.
Issue with bed in room on first night was replaced promptly - fyi -no ‘air cooling system’ doesn't run in winter, room was warm, but hotel provided a fan.

Skønt hotel helt centralt. Vi er vilde med indretning og god seng. Dejlig tagterrasse og vidunderlig mad og decor hos Chez Bernard på 7. sal.

Beautifully decorated boutique feel hotel in a very convenient location. Clever use of tiles that does away with outdated carpets in the hallways. We walked everywhere. The staff were very helpful. We forgot a few items of clothing and they sent them back to us by mail.

It is a lovely property, but the service is extraordinary. I must say that it is one of my best hotel experiences. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the bakery is awesome, Chez Bernard is great. The stay here was so pleasant that it almost made me forget about the loss of my luggage by the airlines. Thank you.

This is a beautifully decorated hotel and a real pleasure to stay there. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. There’s a great restaurant on the top floor with views over Vienna and another good coffee shop on the ground floor with outside seating. We would stay here again.

We were thrilled with the cozy atmosphere and the charming building. All of hotel employees made us feel special and welcome. The building was a lovely blend of Parisian charm and cosmopolitan city. Would definitely stay again.

Everything about Motto is top notch. We feel in love instantly with ecerything from the beautifully combined decor, to the delicioys food and of course, the above-and-beyond staff!!
