斯泰納維也納塔博街公寓(Steiner Residences Vienna Taborstrasse)

Posizione felicissima a 4 minuti dalla fermata Nestroyplatz della line 1. Supermercato Billa praticamente sotto casa. La location è ottima anche per il percorso dal e per l'aeroporto: con la F7, cioè con il treno, si arriva alla fermata Praterstern che è a 8 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento. Evitate il carissimo treno veloce. Con la linea F7 pagate il biglietto a/r 6.50 €; noi l'abbiamo comprato on line da Roma. Grande appartamento. Consiglio vivamente.

posizione centrale a soli 5 minuti dalla fermata del tram e della metro, ma è anche raggiungibile tutto a piedi se si ha voglia di camminare. la stanza si presenta più piccola rispetto alle foto, ma comunque molto accogliente e con tutti i comfort, unica nota dolente la pulizia, sia per quanto riguarda l’arrivo dove abbiamo trovato il letto con diversi peli e capelli sia per la pulizia durante il soggiorno, visto che non è stata effettuata,sarebbe stato gradevole ricevere almeno il cambio della biancheria.

Appartement situé en rdc avec fenêtres donnant uniquement sur petite cour intérieure donc très sombre. Par ailleurs, propre et bien agencé

Очень чистые функциональные, тихие апартаменты в Вене в тихом спокойном районе в трёх минутах езды на трамвае от центра Вены или в десяти минутах ходьбы от собора святого Стефана самого сердца Вены . В апартаментах полный набор всего , что надо от таблеток для посудомойки до гладили с сушилкой и всё качественное !

The apartment is dark and stuffy. There were ants and spiders in the toilet. I informed the operator that I would be staying with my grown-up son and asked if there was a sofa - since there was in the photo on the website. I received no reply. There was no sofa and when I asked to change flats, the answer was that there was no other apartment. Instead my son slept on the floor.

The good: very convenient location, apartment was a good size and parking is available close by for reasonable rates. The bad: we had apartment 4 and it was literally across where the garbage was kept for the entire building. Keeping a window open was not an option due to the smell and noise. On top of being right next to the garbage it was also right next to the designated smoking area for the entire building. Not pleasant! The apartment was superficially clean. For example the sofa bed had nasty stains below on the mattress below the sheets and we had ants all over the counters and table. Neither the bed or the sofa bed were comfortable. The sofa was as hard as a brick and the bed was less than comfortable. Overall it was quite disappointing. Maybe a different apartment would have been better but there's no way I would recommend apartment 4 to anyone in its current condition.

Close to public transport and supermarket. Room size was good. Easy check in and out. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Overall, good unit and well located for a good price, but the sofa bed is harder than floor!

Highly equipped, all in high standards. Good communication. Shower a little small and unpleasant for my taste. Well recommended.
