Красивый новый лодж и ухоженной территорией. Персонал очень старается, мужу спели восхитительную африканскую песню ко дню рождения. Каждый час в течение дня есть развозка от/до водопада. Помогают с организацией вертолетных экскурсий. Очень вкусное вечернее меню. Завтраки тоже отличные.

Every staff was very friendly and professional. I am satisfied with their service completely.

Las Cataratas Victoria son una maravilla digna de verse una vez en la vida al menos!! El Río Zambeze y sus atardeceres una experiencia única. Todo coronado con la fauna nativa impresionante (tema de otra nota) El Waterfalls Lodge está totalmente de acuerdo con el entorno. Sus jardines con las piscinas en medio te hacen sentir relajado y brindan el descanso más apropiado para días de paseos y agitación. Las habitaciones tienen todo para sentirte confortable. El personal es amable y siempre está para ayudar. El Lookout Cafe que está relacionado con el hotel es imposible no visitarlo y degustar alguna de sus comidas y bebidas con la vista maravillosa del Cañón. En resumen todo perfecto en nuestra estadía en Cataratas Victoria en el Waterfalls Lodge

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel et avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour, les jardins sont magnifiques, le petit déjeuner copieux, le restaurant très bon et le personnel aux petits soins. La navette gratuite qui nous transporte vers la ville où les chutes est un véritable plus et la possibilité de prendre un des petits déjeuners sans supplément au célèbre Lookout Café est un privilège. Seul petit bémol : le soir nous entendions le bruit de fond de la musique d’un établissement voisin.

Die Hotelanlage ist super schön, die Zimmer auch. Alle Angestellten sind sehr nett, zuvorkommend und helfen auch bei Problemen, die sie nicht verursacht haben. Ich bin begeistert von der Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dieses Hotel buchen :)

Every aspect of our stay at Waterfalls Lodge was absolutely perfect! The property itself is stunning. We enjoyed the pool multiple times during our 5 night stay and ate at the restaurant at least once daily. The room my wife and I stayed in was beautiful with a spacious shower and very comfortable bed. We loved the open air lobby and restaurant areas where we could admire the beautiful landscaping. The breakfast options were delicious! I tried the creamy mushroom toast, the Waterfalls Benedict, and the flapjacks with maple syrup and all were so tasty. We ate dinner at the lodge multiple times and enjoyed every visit. My mom mentioned how she wanted us to taste Malva Pudding because it was her favorite dessert from her previous trip to Zimbabwe. Our server, Providence, mentioned this to the chef and he made it especially for us the following night. We were blown away that the team at Waterfalls Lodge would go out of their way to make a special dish just for us! These personalized touches made our visit truly magical! We loved getting to know Providence over the course of our visit. She is a kindhearted and lovely person and made our trip even more special. We looked forward to seeing her at the restaurant each day. The Lodge worked seamlessly with Wild Horizons to ensure we had comfortable and stress free transportation to all of our planned activities around Victoria Falls. I also had a chance to visit the spa during my stay. I booked the Rejuvenation Journey which included a full body massage and an exfoliation treatment. Renita provided my service and she was amazing! The treatment she gave me was one of the best massage experiences I’ve ever had. The spa was a great way to relax and feel refreshed after several days of game drives. Every member of staff we interacted with was exceptional. We enjoyed interacting with Praise in the gift shop who helped us to find the perfect gifts without making us feel pressured to purchase. System, Clement, Princess, Leonard and Matthew all created positive experiences for our group. The front desk team was so helpful and pleasant too. I wish I had gotten everyone’s names so I could shout them out individually. Overall, this was a dream vacation and Waterfalls Lodge was the perfect place to stay in Victoria Falls. I wish we could come back every year!

Lovely property with super friendly helpful staff. My room was very comfortable with a great shower. Staff couldn't assist enough and came to chat when I was sitting alone having a drink or a meal which was lovely. Lovely pool. Good gift shop too! As a solo I felt very safe here.
