Ottimo lodge in Victoria Falls! Posizione comoda per muoversi in città sia a piedi che con lo shuttle gratuito che mette a disposizione l hotel. All interno è una vera oasi di pace peccato solo per i tanti elicotteri che girano ma questo non è colpa dell hotel. Camere dotate di tutto bagni grandi.ottimo servizio e personale più che disponibile! Un ringraziamento speciale allo chef Pioeh che visto le sue conoscenze italiane ci ha organizzato una cena a base di pizza napoletana! Molto buona! Un abbraccio anche a Providence che ci ha seguito e coccolato per tutti i giorni!

De lejos, uno de los mejores lugares que puedes encontrar en Waterfalls. Estuve 9 dias y la experiencia no solo fue innolvidable por la calidad d ela shabitaciones, sino por la permanente atención y la comida. Además el servicio que presta Wild Horizon es a precios adecuados y permiten realizar las actividades que uno desee. Lo recomiendo mucho. El personal es siempre muy amable y dispuesto a apoyarte permanentemente.

Our stay at Waterfalls Lodge was absolutely wonderful. The staff were warm and professional, the room was spotless and beautifully presented, and the surroundings were incredibly peaceful. The meals were delicious, and every detail felt thoughtfully taken care of. It was the perfect blend of romance and simple luxury, intimate and relaxing with beautifully maintained grounds. We appreciated the secure parking and how easy it was to arrange activities. A special highlight was the option to enjoy breakfast at The Lookout overlooking the gorge, which made the experience truly unforgettable. I would highly recommend Waterfalls Lodge to anyone looking for a romantic and rejuvenating getaway.

The first impression of WaterfallsLodge is one of opulence and it turns out it was only two months old. It was clean and tidy and everything about it was top-quality. The staff were well groomed, very friendly and willing to do anything to make your stay a wonderful one. The grounds were lovely and green and immaculately looked after. The room was lovely, neat and tidy and had everything you needed. The pool was great after a long hot day. The elephant encounter was exceptional and the place is in walking distance to Victoria Falls, although a long walk, but we enjoyed it. The sunset boat cruise was also great. We only used the breakfast as we were on tours the rest of the time but they were sumptuous and you definitely wouldn’t go hungry. We used the laundry services and they got back within 24 hours and were very well priced. Beautifully laundered. Everything about Waterfalls Lodge was exceptional and we would love to go back again one day. We could not fault it.

This property was arranged for our tour group after the prearranged property became unavailable. We were super impressed with this property and very glad we got switched! It’s newly opened, rooms are lovely, clean and fresh. The pools were clean and well maintained. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The buffet meals and the menu items we had were wonderful. We returned after dark one evening and were able to use the pool to cool down even though it would normally be closed for maintenance. We were grateful for the kindness. We would recommend this lovely property.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff and the chef curated a delicious menu. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud the garden and pool area where spectacular as well. Godfrey, Lesley Hope and Giant were lovely and all the staff were friendly perfect service delivery. I enjoyed my stay
