Shout-out to the staff, they did their best and that's where the nice things end. The hotel is not complete as per the pictures, I talked to a few locals who are aware of the situation and in a small city with better choices, then go ahead and book with those venues, even the Backpackers spot. The room didn't have a bathroom door, no shower curtains, the bedside power outlets weren't functional, no A/C, just a little fan, a wobbly sink in the bathroom. The Wi-Fi went out for a night, which is inconvenient in an area when an esim is about $100 and the roaming is nearly impossible, but I came to find out that the internet was coming from the hotel next door! Same owner by the way, who has been fighting in court for this new location to open sooner than it should have. Avoid when you consider some of the better options for the price.

It was great. The place is convenient to Vic falls and stores around. It’s easy to navigate and it’s also serene. The only checking I found was breakfast was not easily accessible or prepped on time ; you have to order it a day before. And no alternative sources of electricityOther than that, it was lovely

We had the best tour on Saturday morning, our Guide was a gentleman named Thuba He took us through the Victorial fall tour on the Zimbabwe side.... brilliant guy with wealth of knowledge about the history of the falls. Would definitely visit again

A truly delightful experience from start to finish. The lodge is stunning, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The staff were warm, attentive, and made me feel genuinely welcome. Comfortable accommodation, great food, a spacious and clean bathroom and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend the Outlook Lodge, it is well worth the visit.

I absolutely loved it! Their kindness and warmth is super welcoming. The rooms are the best part, the views are beautiful the sizes are perfect and it has a modern look to it. The breakfast is amazing and they are filling. Beautiful pool by the way! I’m flabbergasted by everything they have to offer. 10/10!!

A very nice place which is very easy to reach . I enjoyed every moment and the rooms were beautiful and clean. The staff was also helpful knowledgable of their services. A very quite atmosphere which is good for relaxing.

Excellent stay! The rooms were spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is perfect and very peaceful. Highly recommended — we will definitely return
