La litterie excellente et la salle de bain aussi. Le petit déjeuné est varié

Si la gentillesse de la réceptionniste n’avait pas été à la hauteur pour nous trouver une solution et changer de chambre suite à des travaux dans l’immeuble voisin , j’aurais qualifié cet hôtel de horrible . Chambre 5 avec un bruit de marteau piqueur une grande partie de la nuit . 2ème nuit passée dans la chambre 7 avec vue sur la rue et évidemment le bruit engendré par les gens qui hurlent en sortant des 3 restaurants en dessous de l’hôtel + un bruit de techno un peu plus loin dans la rue . Le matin aussi , la femme de chambre parle super fort à 8h du matin . Bref si ça vous intéresse de dormir n’allez pas dans cet hôtel ... pour parler de la chambre, la literie est bonne mais le reste n’a rien d’exceptionnel et je ne qualifierais pas cet hôtel de boutique hôtel. J’ai fréquenté des hôtels qui se revendiquaient comme boutique hôtel et on était sur un niveau bien supérieur. Dernier mot concernant le petit déjeuner, s’il est plutôt bon , ils vous facturent 1.5€ un espresso.....alors que le petit déjeuner est compris . C’est vraiment se moquer du monde ! Bref plus jamais ! If the friendliness of the receptionist hadn't been up to the task of finding us a solution and moving us to another room due to construction in the next building, I would have called this hotel terrible. Room 5 with the noise of a jackhammer most of the night. 2nd night spent in room 7 with a view of the street and obviously the noise generated by screaming people leaving the 3 restaurants below the hotel + a techno noise a little further down the street. Anyway, if you're interested in sleeping, don't go to this hotel ... speaking of the room, the bedding is good, but the rest is nothing exceptional and I wouldn't qualify this hotel as a boutique hotel. I frequented hotels that claimed to be boutique hotels and we were on a much higher level. Last word about breakfast, if it's pretty good, they charge you 1.5 € for an espresso ..... while breakfast is included. This is really making fun of the world! In short, never again!

The hotel was in a square with a couple restaurants which was nice in the evenings. Otherwise I was rather disappointed. We booked the penthouse suite with a balcony which said it slept 3 but only had a queen bed. I was traveling with my mom and did not want to share a queen bed. The manager offered to downgrade us to a regular room w/ 2 twins with a refund for the difference in room. At our check out I inquired about the refund and she completely reneged the offer. It was very disappointing customer service. The breakfast was ok but I would agree with other reviews that it’s ridiculous to only include regular coffee but to have to pay extra for a latte or cappuccino. The only reason it’s getting 3 stars is because the staff member who helped us change rooms was so kind and went out of his way to be accommodating and friendly.
