This was one of the best and most unique hotels we've ever visited. The location is perfect, there are tons of shops, restaurants, and bakeries, plus several historical sites and museums that are must-see. The hotel's chocolate museum is truly an incredible experience, especially in the education of the history of chocolate and the cocoa bean. And the chocolate products themselves are fantastic. We highly recommend this hotel if you are planing to visit this town.

Bien ubicado hay sitio para aparcar gratiutamente. Habitación amplia y bien equipada. Es todo nuevo. Hay café , infusiones, agua gratis en la planta baja 24h. Microondas y mesas para poder comer lo que tu llevas. Todo un acierto. Aceptan animales llevamos un perro pequeño se paga suplemento, eso si no me dieron ni cama ni bebedero.

We stayed here over the weekend of L’Etape Portugal 2023 as we were riding in the event. It was the perfect base and we loved everything about the hotel. All of the staff made us feel so welcome and were so friendly. Particular mention must go to the Bike Center team, who accommodated all of our requirements for the race with the bike rentals, set-up and details. Nothing was a problem! This a wonderful place to stay to enjoy the beach, sports, weather and also to easily explore Viana do Castelo. We will be back!

Hola Vinimos a pasar un fin de semana en familia. Las habitaciones bien, a los niños les encantó que en la habitación tuviéramos una cama de matrimonio y la estructura con las literas donde dormían ellos. Les llamo muchísimo la atención! La verdad es que era muy original, decían que era la habitación más guay en la que habían estado nunca! Trato normal y correcto por parte de recepción. Buffet de desayuno básico y normalito, yo le daría un aprobado, un 5,5. Lo que no nos gusto mucho es que en buffet los niños parece ser que no están muy bien recibidos, tenemos 3 niños pequeños y había una operaria allí que no nos quitaba ojo, en cuanto se levantaban de la mesa a ya parecía que molestaban, en una ocasión se levantó uno de ellos por un vaso de agua y ya fue directo a él para decirle que no puede ir solo. Nos llamo la atención en varias ocasiones, pero estábamos observados continuamente, estaba mirando nuestros movimientos para ver si en algún momento alguno se levantaba para ir directa, o esa fue nuestra sensación. Instalaciones de piscinas buenas.

The unexpected highlight was the well-equipped gym, perfect for maintaining our fitness routine together. Whether you're in Viana do Castelo for business or leisure, this hotel caters to both, offering a practical and comfortable escape.

So the good - it was on the Camino so no deviations needed, the room was clean, we had a balcony (view of a roof) and the pool was lovely. The not so good - the staff on reception were awful. Super rude check in that did not tell us we needed to get a card for towels or that we could get takeaway breakfast - just not great to deal with. Staff in bar were fine. Room was good except tv signal was appalling, no tea or coffee or fridge, only liquid soap - no shampoo or conditioner or lotion but weirdly a shoe shine? The pool was great and needed. I asked the rude reception for two packed breakfast and when we turned up at 6am there was one. Summed it up. Good for the pool.

we had a very good experience here. we were 10 Ebikers on the way from Porto to Santiago de Compostela. This was the end of a long day. Very pretty location. I don't know why other's had bad experiences. Desk staff was good. They weren't the ritz, but they were helpful. Very helpful explanation how to store our Ebikes. Spa services that 2 of our group used and were very good. Huge pool. We did not avail ourselves of bar or restaurant; we walked into town. Room had a balcony and was very clean and well appointed.

Localizado mesmo junto à praia de Ofir, este hotel presta bom serviço, é cómodo, com piscina, campo de futebol, campo de ténis, zona relvada exterior muito espaçosa, quartos limpos e confortáveis, pequeno-almoço completo, saboroso e com vista para o mar. Sou hóspede habitual e tenciono continuar a sê-lo.
