Her desserts are a work of art, infused with patience, passion, and love. Her cheesecake creation is absolutely to die for—a masterpiece of flavor and texture. The apricot sorbet was a delightfully refreshing treat, perfectly capturing the essence of the region. Isabel’s chocolate salami was something entirely different and exciting—a playful twist that impressed everyone at the table. And let’s not forget breakfast. The buffet featured Isabel’s homemade granola, paired with her homemade apricot compote and a luscious four-fruit compote. It was, quite honestly, heavenly—a perfect way to start the day. If you’re visiting Hérménence, Valais, The Eringer Hotel is a must—and try Isabel’s desserts. A truly remarkable culinary experience in an idyllic place. "
