Situated in historic downtown Versailles, Morgan Street Apartment is conveniently located just off Main Street. It's an easy walk to a coffee shop, bourbon bar, ice cream shop, restaurants, bakeries, boutique shops, an antique shop and more. Located above a chiropractic office, you may want to schedule a sauna session or Reiki session during your stay. Bring your dog along and take advantage of our fenced backyard. Access to world class bike trails, zip line, horse & hiking trails and family team building activities at our Life Adventure Center, a regionally acclaimed community theater, a railroad museum, quilt trail and many seasonal festivals. The apartment itself is on the second floor above the chiropractic office. You'll enter through a rear door and go up the stairs to the second floor. The apartment door opens into a spacious room that doubles as the living room and bedroom. There is a full kitchen to your right, which also has a full sized washer and dryer in it for your convenience. Through the living room there is a dining room that doubles as extra sleeping space. From here you can access the full bathroom. There is also a fenced backyard and patio with a fire pit, seating, dining area and grill. You will have full use of the backyard and patio space, with all amenities out there. My employees and I will also occasionally be in this area, as we enter through the backdoor as well.
