我們在維羅納呆的這段時間非常棒包括這家品質很高的酒店。與意大利很多酒店相比我們的雙人間的面積比較大而且浴室里淋浴最棒。我們遇到的每個工作人員都非常友好和樂於助人這使得這家酒店非常特別。地理位置非常完美-離競技場只有幾米而且離很多餐館都很近。我希望有一天我會回到維羅納而且我會毫無猶豫的預定住在朱莉埃塔瑪羅密歐酒店。

We needed somewhere to stay in Verona just for one night before catching our flight back home, i honestly feel we hit the jackpot with our apartment. We stayed in Guiliettes House and it was beautiful, spotlessly clean and in the perfect location. The reception was on the same street a few doors down, we were able to leave our luggage here whilst we went exploring. The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable and gave us lots of tips to get the most out of stay. I would love to return and hopefully stay a little longer.

這家民宿地理位置優越,距離Piazza Bra酒店只有幾步之遙,這也是入住這裏的最佳理由。酒店所在的街道本身感覺有點黑暗,雖然破舊。房間寬敞,但佈置得非常簡陋。提供早餐,但因病毒限制,僅在小桌旁提供。一些酸奶,但主要是糖果。房間內沒有廁所,但外面有廁所,雖然是私人的。在這之前,我見過許多正面的評論,經理和我在某種程度上可以同意。我們的經驗是正面的和負面的。請注意,您必須事先與所有者組織辦理入住手續。酒店沒有跡象表明該民宿,也沒有前台。

我們住在這家酒店是因為我們在維羅納競技場參加了尼克凱夫的音樂會，因此我們發現它的位置很方便，在我看來這是它為數不多的積極方面之一。讓我首先說，當我們到達並按門鈴時，主人對我們的存在感到非常惱火。我們看到了房間，相當舒適，但浴室卻是一場災難：馬桶偶爾會發出奇怪的聲音，淋浴門壞了，牆壁似乎是用硬紙板做的。終於在早上我們期待早餐（包括在預訂中），但我們發現它永遠不會到達。我必須說，每個 50 歐元更好。我不推薦。

這家是商務旅館，離火車站走路大概8分鐘，但是去到旅館的路，如果你走過就好認，沒走過，有點艱難。我是從FlixBus 站下來往那邊走，那天還下雨，谷歌地圖各種不給力，我還拖着很重的行李，走到車站就忍不了，打了車花了我10歐，結果走出來發現我再堅持10分鐘就到了，不過算了，不花這10歐我就要瘋了。整體住宿環境體驗很好，邊上就是河，不下雨會很棒吧，酒吧枱很不錯，還可以健身。

友好而樂於助人的員工。接待人員由於天氣惡劣而無法訂購出租車回機場。他們與穿梭巴士公司安排了交通,這是服務良好的例子!酒店的Wi-Fi連接和早餐一樣非常好。酒店唯一的缺點是它位於維羅納郊區。這意味着我們使用了穿梭巴士和出租車(15/20分鐘的旅程)。有必要在前一天預訂班車的出發時段,可用的時間段並不總是我們的首選時間。如果你問司機,穿梭巴士會送你去火車站(用火車,每天往返加爾達湖,價格便宜,服務正規,非常值得一做)。到布拉廣場/競技場的出租車票價大約20歐元。回程地點總是有出租車。從機場到酒店的出租車費是30歐元。如果再回到維羅納,我會再次使用這家酒店。

5* thanks, i am very please with all services. One little note, weve been waiting a little longer for the shuttle to the airport, in rest everything was fine and the personel;l were very helpfull. Thank you again

A nice clean little hotel on the outskirts of Verona, not too far from the airport. I used it whilst on business. Everyone was friendly and polite. Rooms are a good size and come with all the basic necessities to enjoy a comfortable night, including good shower and plenty of bed space. I did not eat here at night but had the breakfast which is the one weak spot I found. The quality is not good compared to the rest of the hotel. I mean this in the nicest possible way as breakfast service was good but brioche, fruit juice etc not good. using the online pre-book breakfast service is also not particularly recommended. All said and done i was happy here and would certainly stay again.

Hotel management service very very poor and rude behaviour. Coffee matching in room but no water inside the Matchin to make the coffee. We requested them to fill the water but they didn’t do anything. Today Night shift Manager was so rude with us because we had water bottles in our hands and the water we get from outside but night shift Manager stop us rudely start talking why we get the water from gym room but we didn’t even go to the gym to get the water. We came with our family to stay comfortably but those kind of behaviour how can we find comfortable. We pay lots of money expect good service but Hotel expo is completely different. Finally I will suggest whoever try to book the hotel please please thank before you book your trip.
