布拉客房(Bra Guest House)

🇮🇹Il Sign. Cristian, di cui parlano gli altri utenti, elogiandone la gentilezza, in realtà non è poi così gentile. Anzi, onesto. Avevo prenotato una stanza singola ad inizio ottobre ad una determinata cifra, che è cambiata, aumentata addirittura di quasi €100, nel giro di un mese e qualche giorno, nonostante l'avessi prenotata. Il Sign. Cristian è una persona che si approfitta dei propri clienti, non rispettando la parola data. E per di più durante una chiamata telefonica, sono stata aggredita verbalmente, infatti non mi permetteva neppure di parlare e mi ha accusata di fargli perdere del tempo, come se il resto delle persone non dovesse lavorare. Meglio che sia andata così perché, se e quando devi spendere dei soldi, perlomeno lo fai con persone gentile che rispettino la propria parola. 🇬🇧Mr. Cristian, of whom other users speak, praising his kindness, is actually not so kind. I had booked a single room at the beginning of October at a certain figure, which changed, even increased by almost €100, within a month and a few days, although I booked it. Mr. Cristian is a person who takes advantage of his customers, not respecting his word. And what's more, during a phone call, I was verbally assaulted, in fact he wouldn't even allow me to speak and accused me of wasting his time, as if the rest of the people didn't have to work. It's better that it turned out this way because, if and when you have to spend money, at least you do it with nice people who respect their word.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa guest house per due notti.....che dire ottima posizione, perfetta per visitare la città in un weekend. Camera pulita ed ampia, unica pecca l'aria condizionata non ancora attiva. Personale gentilissimo, disponibile ed accogliente.

Posizione centrale, di fronte all'Arena, personale gentile e disponibile, tutti i confort, doccia, bidet, carta igienica sapone liquido, asciugamani, tv, scrivania, sedia, frigorifero, aria condizionata centralizzata, molte ore al giorno e di notte. Sala comune con tavolini e sedie, anche una comodissima poltrona, macchina per caffè espresso, caffè lungo, cioccolata, the, cappuccino, cappuccino cioccolato, a 0,40 centesimi. Nelle corridoio c'è anche una libreria con libri di vario genere.Nelle vicinanze, 50 metri, via Mazzini, via dello shopping, ristoranti, paninoteche, a 400 metri supermercato .Consigliatissimo

Really comfortable and spacious room right in the centre of Verona. Despite being so central (15 seconds from Piazza Bra) the accommodation was really quiet and we always got a good night’s sleep. The owner was really welcoming and was able to make good bar/restaurant/breakfast recommendations. Would totally recommend and return.

A wonderful place which is really close to the opera arena so very convenient for us. A lovely area with restaurants and close to all the sights. The owner was extremely helpful and explained a lot of things on a local area map. The room was comfortable and had a fridge. Would stay there again.

The room was very nice, bright, and comfortable, the location was absolutely perfect and Christian was very friendly and helpful. He gave us lots of great recommendations and made sure we had a wonderful stay!

Best accommodations imagineable! Cristian, the host, gave clear and helpful information in English, which helped with parking, restaurants, sightseeing... With everything. Perfect location for our arena concert access as well as for all walking. Very comfortable bed, pillows, pristine clean suite. Large shower with lots of water pressure and hot water. AC was not required but they have it too. This room is accessible by elevator so good for anyone with mobility issues. The coffee/cappuccino machine (size of a fridge) in the entrance makes a great brew, in many varieties, including tea. I am a light sleeper and it was so quiet during the night that the beautiful sound of birds in the morning was the only thing to end my slumber. We will come back to this exact place ( room 4 Daylily room if available) whenever we return to Verona,... and we will!
