Comfortable room and nice bathroom, although it’s across the hall from the room. Location was very central, just around the corner from the Arena and they left us cushions for attending the opera. Nice touch. Only disappointing thing was the building was covered in plastic and scaffolding so we were unable to open out shutters or use the balcony as it was full of builders materials/tools. It would have been nice to have been forewarned and offered a discount as the full facilities advertised weren’t available to use.

Terrible. Bugs bit us in beds at night. It wasn’t bedbugs but something else. Air con didn’t work for 12 hours. They said they fixed it but I was out of there after 1 night and property blamed us for unproven allegations and refused to reimburse us for any of the 3-night stay. Worst night in Italy in an otherwise lovely city.

Estadia maravilhosa ,Sr Simone excelente anfitrião ,só tenho a agradecer,,localização excelente ,acomodação muito limpa ,Sr Simone muito prestativo ,nos ensinou o ônibus que saindo do trem chegava rapidinho na acomodação e assim fizemos ,não falta nada no Opera roons voltarei com certeza

Okay hotel, with seperat WC
It was a central place, good location, many check in steps, nice hosts, extra costs to keep bags for 3 hours. Okay room, but building on the balcony, so much noise.

Wow! What an amazing stay. Great communication, cleanliness was superb and the little touches really made our stay fabulous and comfortable. Was lovely to have the coffee machine and shower kit. Would definitely stay again

Super Preis-Leistung, top Lage, top Gastgeber
Der Empfang durch den Gastgeber Simone war sehr herzlich, das Zimmer schön und geräumig, Kaffeemaschine und Kühlschrank vorhanden. Jedes der Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad über den Flur, was aber vollkommen unproblematisch ist. Simone wohnt im gleichen Haus und ist jederzeit erreichbar. Super Aufenthalt, gerne wieder!
