The Erika's Home is located in the heart of the city in the historic centre of Verona, a short walk from the Arena and the pedestrian area.
The apartment is located inside an ancient and aristocratic residence characterize by a spacious entrance at the ground floor into the confortable living room that including a murphy bed, kitchen, dressing room and a bathroom.
A spiral staircase leads to the first floor to the queen bedroom which includes dressing room, bathroom and a small balcony.
The style of Erika's Home is tidy and sober suitable for refined couples and families of four people; children and pets are welcome!
Close to the Erika's Home you will find convenient food shop, bars and tipical restaurants.

Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
Erikas Appartement war sauber, ordentlich, gemütlich und das, was man sich unter einem Appartement in Verona vorstellt. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation war stets sehr freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend und Antworten kamen immer sehr schnell. Die Klimaanlage im Obergeschoss in Kombination mit einem Ventilator im Erdgeschoss sind im Hochsommer bei annähernd 40 Grad Gold wert. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und die Lage ist unschlagbar.Der kleine, süße Balkon lädt zum Verweilen in ruhiger Atmosphäre ein.Alles in Allem haben wir uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Séjour à Vérone
Appartement très bien placé mais calme en plein centre ville. Propre et confortable. On se réveille avec le chant des oiseaux et plus tard la musique du conservatoire avoisinant. Un séjour très agréable.

Muy buena ubicación
Apartamento completo con habitación y baño en piso superior. La propiedad ha estado en todo momento pendiente de nuestra llegada y dando todas las explicaciones necesarias para hacernos una agradable estancia. Muchas gracias.

Super zentral gelegene Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist gefühlt 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Arena di Verona entfernt gelegen und befindet sich in einem sehr ruhigen Hinterhof. Wir waren als Familie zu Gast und haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Einige Tage vor der Ankunft meldet sich die Gastgeberin mit Infomationen zur Anreise, dies ist alles sehr unkompliziert. Direkt ums Eck befindet sich eine kleine Pizzeria/Café mit sehr moderaten Preisen :-) Wir werden sicher wieder kommen. Vielen Dank

Nette Wohnung ruhig gelegen mit kurzen Wegen zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Sauber und sicher.
Wendeltreppe nach oben nicht geeignet für ältere Personen.
Duschen recht klein aber zweckmäßig.
Die Matratzen hätten einen Wechsel nötig.
Kleine Notiz am Rande, es wäre schön auch deutsche Sender im fernsehen zu schauen zumal es sogar Sender aus Teheran zu empfangen gibt.

Was für eine zauberhafte Unterkunft!
Die Gastgeberin Erika meldet sich ein paar Tage vor der Ankunft und erklärt einem das "Lock-System" um seine Schlüssel in Empfang zu nehmen. alles funktionierte reibungslos.
Die Wohnung befindet sich am Ende des Hinterhofes und erstreckt sich über 2 Etagen. Unten befindet sich eine große, voll ausgestatte Küche, ein Wohnzimmer mit einer sehr bequemen Couch (die zur Schlafcouch ausgezogen werden kann) und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Eine Wendeltreppe führt nach oben ins Schlafzimmer, angrenzenden befindet sich ein weiteres Badezimmer, außerdem noch ein kleiner Balkon.
Die Lage machte alles noch perfekter. Gefühlt nach 2 Mal blinzeln ist man schon vor der Arena- spektakulär! Restaurants, Bars, Cafés sind alle in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen.
Erika war super erreichbar und hat sich um alles bemüht. Selbst auf die Frage, wo ich frischen Trüffel finden konnte, hatte sie mehrere Vorschläge parat.
Leider verging die Woche viel zu schnell, aber da ich die Stadt Verona so sehr ins Herz geschlossen habe, werde ich immer wieder auf diese Wohnung zurückkommen, weil es einfach so perfekt war!

ottima posizione e pulizia
Appartamento vicinissimo a monumenti di interesse turistico, in particolare a pochi passi da Arena e piazza Brà. Silenzioso. Pulizia accurata. Molto comoda la chiave tramite cassettina di sicurezza. Proprietaria gentilissima. Volendo essere pignoli si potrebbe aggiungere qualche tegame. Soggiorno molto piacevole. Consigliato

Appartamento ristrutturato, silenzioso in una corte di un palazzo antico. Erika è stata disponibile e comprensiva accogliendo tutte le nostre richieste. La struttura è in centro, a due passi dall'Arena e possono essere raggiunte con facilità tutte le principali attrazioni di Verona. Consigliato!
