We had accommodation for one night in this hotel and the experience was good one. The hotel is quiet, clean rooms, comfortable bed, varied breakfast. The only dissatisfaction was that, although one of the people in the group was absent, the money paid in advance was not returned, neither for accommodation, nor breakfast, nor the city tax.

Loved this hotel. The staff all spoke some English with most speaking English fluently. Staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is clean and excellently maintained. Excellent food, and the staff were very attentive and pleasant. Rooms are of a high standard. We loved the patio dinning experience. Great value for money and really would be nit picking to find any fault during our visit. One of the best hotels we have stayed in. We loved this hotel and it’s 2 minutes away from the Motorway.

accommodation was good, reception staff was great, location quiet, 5 minutes drive to the centre in the morning rush hour. Breakfast wasn't bad, but I wouldn't have eggs here again. It was a problem to connect to wi-fi. Overall I rate the accommodation as good. The room was spacious, clean and the bathroom large.

Hotel is close to train station but approximately 20 minute walk to central Verona. Staff were very welcoming and did a great job handling our various requests. Room is very clean, good A/C. The breakfast which you pay an extra charge for was excellent. Would stay again if we get back to Verona.

I always enjoy staying at BW de Capuleti because of the downtown location as well as how clean, comfy and receive helpful care from all of the staff. Breakfasts are enjoyable. This location allows for us to easily run downtown in the morning for some early exercise.

很好的酒店, 離火車站大約十二分鐘步行, 推行李箱通過來也可以的. 酒店就在舊城的圍牆旁邊. 酒店的設備很好 , 早飯很豐富.

My wife and I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. When choosing a hotel, you want it to be central to all the main attractions but equally, you want the hotel to be of a decent standard. Happy to say that Best Western Delivered. A short distance from the Arena, Guiletta's House (balcony), Tomb, The fountain, Tower etc. Nicole on reception was great, as was her other female colleague (who's name escapes me right now). They provided recommendations for restaurants, hotels and were very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas. Taxi from the airport is approx €30-40 depending on how any are in the taxi. We.can highly recommend using the BIT electric scooters once in central Verona. We spent €10 each for the whole weekend and still had money left on the scooter app when we left. Cheap, easy not to mention a fun way to get around the city. The ”Anselmi Cafe” in Central Verona is a lovely place to eat. Fresh food, great service. Some of the others not so great. Any how, Best Western cost my wife and I €394 for 3 night included breakfast, 2 of the those days we had it trollied directly to the room for an additional €5pp. Having seen the sites of Verona, its unlikely we'd be back but 100% recommend this hotel and Verona in general.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική, κοντά σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα.Τα δωμάτια υπέροχα και άνετα.Οι υπάλληλοι της ρεσεψιόν πολύ ευγενικές.Όμως δεν υπήρχε καθαριότητα ούτε κάνει για τα σκουπίδια.Μείναμε από 26/12 έως 29/12 και δεν πέρασε κανείς.Όταν το είπαμε μάς υποσχ´εθηκαν πως θα περάσει κάποιος να αλλάξει τις πετσέτες αν και ζητήσαμε καθαριότητα δωματίου.Η απάντηση ήταν πως αυτή είναι η πολιτική τους Είναι όμως απαράδεκτο ένα κατάλυμα σε αυτές τις τιμές κράτησης να μην προσφέρει καθαριότητα
