Hotels about a year old. front desk agent was very pleasant and got me checked in relatively quickly. the room was modestly prepared not too dirty, but not the cleanest hotel room either.

Excelente atendimento.. em especial a atendente Marilay que foi espetacular!! O melhor café da manhã que comi na Flórida (e já fiquei em muitos hotéis 3 e 4 estrelas nesse estado). Limpeza e layout dos quartos típicos da rede BestWestern.. muito bons

 Bem localizado fácil de encontrar o atendimento é 24h00 recepcionista que me atendeu Muito bom Mas o quarto Estava muito molhado o chão por causa do ar-condicionado e o cheiro no corredor era muito ruim forte.

Lugar de paso. Limpieza justa. Desayuno muy pobre. Servicio atento.

I arrived earlier than expected, the front desk staff was just wonderful. Within a short time they were able to get me checked in and updated too👏

Realmente fue pesimo el aseo, toilet sucio y manchado, cortinas mal estado, se nota que ni aspiraron la habitación. En general no me gusto para nada, es mas duramos hay 20 minutos aprox

Check in was a bit of a hassle but it was *******’s fault. The lady at the front desk (mornings) was kind and worked diligently to get us checked in. The rooms were FILTHY. Dropped our things off and then went to visit my grandfather in the hospital. When we returned there was a cockroach ON MY PILLOW!! The shower walls look like they had never been scrubbed. There was soap scum, mold, and a bloody booger on them. WEAR FLIP FLOPS, TOUCH NOTHING! No trash can in bathroom. The floor in the room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a good while. Even left a coffee stirrer in the middle of the floor. We paid for 3 nights and got exactly two bath towels and two wash cloths. Tried to exchange them with housekeeping and she didn’t speak a word of English. Didn’t make up the room or exchange the towels in the 3 days we stayed even though we put the card on the door asking them to. Lady at the front desk (evenings) was too busy to exchange towels so we got our own from the closet next to the elevators. I feel like you could get a roach motel for less than what this place costs.
