Located in Central Beach - within a short walk to all of the attractions on Vero Beach's Ocean Drive including wonderful restaurants, shopping, art galleries, parks, and the beach. No need to even get in your car. Recently updated with all new bathrooms and kitchen, this 3 bedroom, 3 bath with large windows and abundant natural sunlight is a very soothing getaway. Set up as split floor plan with the new master bedroom suite on one side and the other two bedrooms on the other. The property includes a large fenced in, private lot with a beautiful outdoor patio and large pool. Everything you could ask for so that you can RELAX and ENJOY!About pets:Pets allowed: less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.Of course!.About customRules:All reservations are subject to owner screening and approval before they become final. Very Vero
Excellent location and layout for family of 5 plus grand mother. Golf cart came in handy for trips to beach parking on Riomar. Functional kitchen with enough utensils etc to prepare meals at home. Beautiful neighborhood. Super quiet.

Quiet central Vero
Quiet, mid-century ranch, in beautiful central Vero neighborhood. Walkable to retail, restaurants and beaches. Great open layout with views of outside areas, but furniture somewhat dated. Beautiful master suite.
Kitchen well equipped. Pets welcomed. Golf cart nice, but police said not allowed in key downtown areas. Main downside was that the pool is not heated so it was really too cold for relaxing on a winter vacation. Overall, a nice rental, but the unheated pool is a big negative for winter visits.

Fantastic rental
We had a terrific time at this property. The location is fantastic. Being able to walk to the centre of town is amazing. The fenced yard was great for us and our dogs. We had an issue with the washing machine and the property manager was fantastic and dealt with it quickly. We would happily go back.
