Clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. More than happy to recommend this hotel to our friends.

Not fancy, but clean, and great service and staff. Hotel is nice enough, great breakfast and customer service at front desk is WONDERFUL. Room did not have a bathroom attached and was not told this when booking....it was in the hall. When checking in was offered room with an attached bathroom for another 50eu per night. Wish I had known this in advance/upon booking. I wouldn't stay at a hotel w/o an attached bathroom so I paid more but should have been told this in advance and NOT at check in when you have no other options to cancel etc. Turned on the AC and lots of dust and dirt flew out of the unit onto the floor and our suitcase, so those need to be vacuumed out. The overall room was very small, but clean other than the AC issue. Need more room for suitcases/shelves etc. The hotel is not 5 star but still met our needs for breakfast, bed, and the staff were VERY NICE. We would stay again now that we know what we are getting. It's not fancy, but meets your needs.

Amenities were good. Great breakfast. Noisy next to train track but we knew about the location. One star because during check in, the staff tried to trick us into paying extra 25euro to upgrade to a different room in order to get 2 bath towels, even though we booked a room for 2 adults. We ended up getting 2 towels anyways but it was very dishonest of them to say we had to upgrade in order to get two towels we should have gotten instead of one.

Great Location Good location close to the train station, great breakfast, nice and friendly staff, very convenient.

The staff was amazing especially Evelina who was extremely friendly and helpful. It was a great location, convenient to the train, shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice place. Although the room is on the small side, a very friendly staff more than makes up for this. The proximity to the train station and an excellent breakfast make it a great choice.
