Ήθελα να ευχαριστήσω και να συγχαρώ θερμότατα το προσωπικό σας και ιδιαίτερα την πανάξια κι ευγενέστατη κυρία Σεβαστή στο εστιατόριο και τη χαμογελαστή, πάντα πρόθυμη κι αποτελεσματική Σοφία στην υποδοχή αλλά και όποιον επιμελείται την καθαριότητα για την άριστη διήμερη διαμονή μου στη Βέροια. Έχω ταξιδέψει μάλλον πολύ [όχι μόνο στο εσωτερικό] και σπάνια συνάντησα τέτοιον συνδυασμό ήθους κι επαγγελματισμού σ αυτόν τον τομέα! Ασύγκριτη -ακόμη και με deluxe καταλύματα- η ανθρώπινη συμπεριφορά αλλά και η συνολική εικόνα του ξενοδοχείου. Υγεία και Καλά Χριστούγεννα!

Piacevole struttura in buona posizione. Stanze e bagno puliti, curati dove tutto funzionava. Buona sia la colazione che la cena Il personale si è dimostrato molto gentile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta Hotel sicuramente da consigliare

I’m not sure why this place has some great reviews. I’m guessing bc they are from 2019 and things have changed. I picked this hotel due to its reviews so I feel that I should provide an update. You should know that I’m not a high maintenance traveler. I need a place that is clean and safe. Beds- uncomfortable. If you have any back issues, I would find another place. I don’t have back issues and still felt like I was sleeping on the floor. The sheets are paper thin. Safety- the area and hotel itself feels very safe. Although the person at the front desk shared the list of guests and their room numbers when I asked if someone had checked in…In the room, there is NO way you lock your door from the inside. If you decide to stay here, I suggest you bring your own lock. Also, the door frame actually came off of the door at one point. Bathroom- Did not feel clean. The shower leaked profusely and you didn’t have any space to move around. If you have ever been on a cruise, the shower area is smaller than a cruise ship! If you want to stay here, pack Lysol wipes and flip flops so you don’t get a fungus. Breakfast- not fresh and seemed to just sit there . My favorite item was the bread. Breakfast staff wasn’t very friendly . Veria is full of amazing places to eat. I would skip this continental breakfast and head into town. Price- wow, the place is very cheap! If you are on a very tight budget, and don’t mind staying at a place that feels dirty, this place maybe an option for you. In my case, I checked out right away, and into another local hotel.
