This is a nice hotel in Verbier: good location, professional staff, and great views to the Grand Combin. BUT: the hotel seems to be an old, tired place in-need of a total refurbishing. We checked into a room with malfunctioning closet doors, a broken toilet seat, and a horrendous odor. Staff kindly moved us to another room, with working closet doors, but the same (sl. less) odor. I would identify it as embedded smoke from years of wood fires or smokers in the room. But that's a guess. Breakfast was of similar calibre: bottled fruit, stale croissants, cheap loaves of bread, ordinary hot drinks. There was the option to have special order eggs. The short order chef was super-friendly, as were all of the staff. But professional , nice people can only work with what they have. And what they have is second rate.

Hotel très agréable, restaurant délicieux , personnel très sympathique . Service navette au top pour aller skier . Je recommande .

I spent one week skiing in March and it was a blissful experience. The highest note for the staff all gracious friendly helpful and I m including the reception the bar the spa the drivers. ..The room was very nice decorated in the known style of the experimental hotel. .. breakfast a real.treat before heading for the slopes . You have to reserve your spa but it s worth having it after a day of skiing. Really great food at the restaurant if you don't feel like going out in the evening. Highly recommended, great stay and one of the nicest staff ever encountered..

スタッフは皆さん親切で、部屋もキレイで快適でした。 朝食もとても美味しく、日替わりで提供されるものもあり１週間の滞在でも飽きることはありませんでした。 課題があるとすればお風呂のお湯の温度が低い時があったことです

Great hotel, well located in the centre of Verbier for a ski holiday. Super service from all of the staff. It wasn’t advertised but the hotel has a couple of shuttle buses which will drop you off and pick you up from anywhere in town. This was a real bonus, the guys even took back our rental skis. Breakfast was exceptional and there is also a lovely cocktail bar. All in all a great find, we will definitely return.

A lovely stay ruined by fraudulent extra charges. We had a lovely stay here, very polite and attentive staff, nice food. HOWEVER after our stay the hotel tried to charge us for a plug adaptor we did NOT steal, fruit snacks we did NOT eat and minibar items we did NOT drink. This is a real disappointment as we had a lovely stay.
