Outdated, tired with no more than 3star hotel amenities,service, and equipment in the rooms.TV didn't work properly, no restaurant in the hotel,,no kettle to make a cup of tea in a room Basic breakfast with not much choice and unpleasant girl Angela with not much of customer service skills.Would only recommended for max one stay if you stuck.The reception stuff are very nice ,went out of the way to sort the problems and make our stay bit more comfortable. Hotel 4 stelle con personale gentile e competente. Camere pulite ma quella che abbiamo avuto molto piccola e bagno senza vasca solo doccia. Prezzo molto elevato in rapporto alla qualità. Posizione centrale fronte lago. Parcheggio proposto da hotel a 20 euro

Dès la réception, le personnel est très aimable, parle le français avec maîtrise, l'hôtel est très bien situé au bord du lac, c'est un endroit calme. L'hôtel est marqué de quelques années mais demeure pimpant. Les chambres sont très vastes et d'une propreté exemplaire. Lit trs large et confortable. Petit déjeuner très généreux. Nous recommandons cet établissement.

Hotel Pallanza is een prachtig hotel met uitstekend ontbijt. Echter er loopt een onhandige ober die een aperol spritz over mijn vrouw liet vallen. Dus broek en shirt nat dus ze kon deze gelijk uit gaan wassen. Ik had gehoopt de aperol gratis te krijgen echter we konden deze gewoon afrekenen. Dezelfde ober liet de volgende morgen met het ontbijt een volle fles olijfolie vallen. Kapot met als gevolg de enkels in de olie. De bijkomende kosten voor auto in de hotelgarage parkeren is 20 euro per nacht en voor een fiets 7 euro per nacht. Tel uit als je met auto en twee fietsen bent….. Als alternatief konden we de fietsen op de kamer zetten. Beetje lastig als je op de t****e verdieping zit daarom mocht ik ze in de lift proppen. Lift van 1.20 x 1 meter dus rechtopstaand erin. Met mij erbij paste het echt net. Niet overdreven. Kennelijk heeft men liever de lift stuk dan om de fietsen gratis te stallen.
