Motor access to the house. Stepped path (5 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 400 m, supermarket 3 km, bar 500 m, bakery 400 m, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Ventimiglia" 3 km, sandy beach "Calandre" 600 m pebble beach 500 m. Nearby attractions: Hanbury Garden 5 km, Balzi Rossi 8 km, Sanremo 20 km, Mentone 3 km. Please note: car recommended. "Calandre Suite", 1-room apartment 35 m2. Very beautiful and tasteful furnishings: open living/sleeping room with panoramic window with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (4 induction hot plates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Exit to the balcony. Shower/bidet/WC. Heating. Heating available only from 15.10. to 30.04. Large balcony 25 m2. Unfortunately, during our stay the neighboring apartment was being renovated, construction noise from 7 a.m. in the morning to 7.30 p.m. in the evening was sometimes very annoying, we were out and about most of the day, but would have liked to have slept

Very nice, modern apartment. Balcony is just great with a beautiful sea view. The way to Calandre Beach definitely further than stated in the description, but doable on foot. Beach very beautiful and natural. Unfortunately WiFi didn't really work.

Small but mighty is the motto here. Apartment is modernly furnished and functional. The bed could be wider, but it's ok for two who like to be together. The terrace is the highlight with a beautiful view of the sea.
