威尼斯鄰近ZAZA的飯店

不錯，是以後到威尼斯市裡的首選酒店。性價比很高。地理位置很絕，就在梅斯特火車站對面，1分鐘就到。我們從機場坐大巴過來，在火車站門口的公交站點停車，就在酒店正對面。 去奧萊的話，酒店左前方就是主島過來的車的停車轉接站點。 酒店內早點、床品、枕頭、床墊都在這個價格帶的正常的水平。房間基礎設施一般。 喜歡吃中餐的話，酒店左首100米有2箇中餐，右首往南有一箇中國人開的小超市。往左走300左右的街道紅綠燈西南角有一家評分挺高的飯店，試了一下，還可以，朋友初到意大利，對這兒的比薩讚不絕口，而我最喜歡這裏的提拉米蘇。我吃過的上百次中的第一軟糯絲滑。 不住五星時，這裡會是首選。

雖然酒店地理位置不在威尼斯中心，但坐船非常方便，且房間size大出許多中心酒店。酒店電視可以連接手機，晚上累了回酒店可以隨便看劇🥰

我好愛這個地方，周末去威尼斯玩了一天半，度過了我人生十分美好的兩個夜晚。如果是喜歡交朋友，或者是想和國際友人進行交流的同學可以選擇這裏。每天晚上旅社都會舉辦各種有趣的活動，空間乾淨整潔，服務也很好。而且酒店就在火車站旁邊，無論是坐公交車還是坐火車到其他地方都非常非常方便。我覺得下次如果我還去威尼斯，我還是會住在那裡。

這家酒店很容易就能獲得我們五星級的評價。位置好。酒店附近有公交 6 號線，每 20 分鐘一班，往返酒店 20 分鐘。住宿價格明顯低於威尼斯的酒店價格。酒店也採用現代設計，而且很新——與威尼斯風格相反，這對您來說很重要。房間整體寬敞舒適，隔音效果極佳。酒店很安靜。早餐很好，早餐工作人員提供優質的服務，真正卓越的服務。尤其是 Nicoletta，她始終保持著微笑，服務充滿樂趣，無微不至——Nicoletta 獲得了六顆星。接待人員的服務也很棒，總體來說工作人員的服務還是不錯的。清潔度很好。總的來說是一家不錯的酒店。但什麼？如果您需要額外的枕頭或毯子 - 沒有。孩子們得到了一條雙人毯子，當我們要求另一條毯子時，他們說不可能，因為目前沒有女傭（我們晚上 10 點左右到達）。我們要求額外的枕頭，但在我們住宿期間（4晚）沒有收到，情況也是如此。酒店的客房通過門相連，因此非常適合家庭入住，也很方便。我們要求一間帶一張雙人床的房間和一間帶獨立床的房間，當我們晚上到達時，我們得到了兩間帶雙人床的房間。酒店裡沒有雙人床（至少我們沒有得到一張）單人床是用床單連接的，誰在乎呢。同樣，相連房間的門不僅無法鎖住以保護父母的隱私，而且也無法關閉。他們把門留給我們時，關閉拉環是開著的——所以不可能關上門。另外，主臥室的浴室確實很危險，沒有任何支撐可以逃出來——而且逃出去也很困難。特別是在這個浴室 - 緊急電話不起作用......如果您行走和移動有困難 - 要求一間帶淋浴的房間，而不是浴缸。我認為一家酒店只需付出很少的努力就能成為一家優秀的酒店。更加註重細節，提供更多毯子和枕頭。

an excellent hotel with excellent service. We had 5 rooms reserved at the hotel. We left the hotel to go to Ravenna via the trains. We left our Apple air pods in of one the rooms. The gentleman from the front desk (morning shift - sorry I don’t remember his name) on his own walked over the train station, tracked us down and surprised us to give us the air pods. I travel a lot and have never seen such exceptional service. Literally, because of his level of exceptional service from when we checked in to now, we decided to change our hotels (when we return from the cruise) to stay again at The Carlton because of his above and beyond attitude. Thank you for your hospitality and outstanding experience from the point of when we first checked in.

如果您想要海灘,酒店地理位置優越,因爲它對面是一個神話般的公共/免費海灘,但如果您願意,可以選擇購買雨傘,食物,飲料等。早餐時,您可以欣賞海灘/海的景色。屋頂露台也以一種方式享有海景,另一面則享有日落美景!在屋頂露台服務的克勞迪奧絕對是樂趣。前台24小時接待,工作人員友好而樂於助人。步行20分鐘即可到達水上巴士站,它帶您到威尼斯,穆拉諾等,但步行到車站旁邊是大海或威尼斯瀉湖,所以非常特別。我們每週購買一張65歐元的水上巴士票,每次票價都很高。附近有一個很棒的游泳池區,海灘是昂貴的,但我們認爲在游泳池沒有傘的日光浴牀每人12歐元,或者兩個有墊太陽牀,雨傘和桌子的48歐元,非常物有所值。有一個不錯的小吃店,所以你可以呆一整天。如果你想擁有“兩個世界最好的”麗都是理想的。我們喜歡忙碌的早晨探索和觀光後平靜,在海灘或游泳池旁的下午對我們來說是完美的。起初我很失望窗戶上的百葉窗沒有景色,但它很熱,所以我很高興從觀光回來的空調和百葉窗。我們的房間很寬敞,很舒服。如果你想海景,要額外付費。早餐是自助餐,有很多選擇。總的來說,我們對住宿感到非常滿意。提示:坐在長椅上,觀看威尼斯/威尼斯瀉湖上的太陽落山。在屋頂露台上參觀克勞迪奧,享受飲料(和小吃)的景色。

酒店距離威尼斯機場開車大約十分鐘左右，雖然位置不是很中心，但鬧中取靜，而且還有免費的停車場，非常適合自駕。酒店房間相比一般的酒店更大，設施也很好，相對400多人民幣的價格來說絕對物有所值。下次去威尼斯還會選擇這家酒店。

從Mestre步行大概六七分鐘就能到達，坐火車公交去主島或者做機場大巴都非常方便。 房間乾淨整潔，裝修也很現代簡約，最重要的是價格便宜！ 酒店式公寓，廚房用具非常齊全，竟然還有洗碗機非常驚喜！ 可以自己做飯也可以去附近飯店吃，很靈活。 性價比超高的。推薦！！！

位置絕佳，前門街道熱鬧非凡，遊客穿梭不息，有各種商店和餐廳和酒店，後門鄰水，坐在酒店後院，休閑觀景，都是極為幸福愜意的時光！早餐內容比較豐富，對中國遊客講，最好的是24小時開水和冰塊供應！

When we arrived we realised that all the previous reviews were correct. The area is not safe at all and there are men hanging around on the corner of the hotel for hours on end. I know this isn’t the hotels fault, however, there’s no extra security in place and hotel reception staff aren’t 24/7. On the 3rd night, due to there not being aircon, we had to leave the window open (these windows open 2 different ways - like a normal window or a safety way where only the top opens towards the room). At 3.30am we were woken up to an intruder who was trying to break into our room through trying to open the window from the outside by using a metal screwdriver to open it. We had to shout, scream and push the door shut and as two ladies in a room we couldn’t get back to sleep. There was no phone in the room to contact reception, which wouldn’t have mattered anyway as there was no one around. It was horrible & when we tried to tell the lady at reception the next day, she didn’t do anything, just said she’d check the cameras like she didn’t believe us. We were in such a hurry to leave the hotel. We were in a room separate from the main hotel, down the road, which looked like old council flats. The room itself is very basic. Nothing in the mini fridge, our window was broken on the first day and we had to wait 30 minutes for a handy man to come and fix it. We only got one pillow and even though we asked for another one, we never got it. The beds were really hard and our bedding wasn’t changed, just made everyday. The shower was exceptionally small but it was powerful. you can hear every single thing that happens in the rooms next door. We were woken up by people showering in different rooms at 6am. The breakfast is very dissatisfying. There are two sittings - on our first day the breakfast lady refused us entry as our names hadn’t been put on the sheet where you have to say which sitting - an error by the reception staff as we had booked the night before. The breakfast itself had all ran out by the time we were able to sit down. 1 bit of cheese left and no fruit. Very basic so we decided to get breakfast out the next day. As there are no reception staff, we couldn’t check out before 8am, however we had to be at the airport for 8.30 so we went to reception to hand the key back in. The lady was very rude and told us we should’ve checked out last night? How would we have got into our room? she also was rude and told us that we should’ve booked our taxi the night before too (even though the previous staff who were very helpful said come to reception in the morning. We left feeling very unsafe and worried that we hadn’t been able to check out. We were hoping to speak to the manager but the woman just walked away. It’s such a shame as the younger staff were really helpful and friendly at the start. But it’s not safe - I wouldn’t feel safe on my own and I didn’t feel safe with two of us. It is close to the train station, but you don’t feel safe walking there
