Staff are super nice, they even guide us to many tourist spots. Also, it is very convenient.

No have elevators

Wir hatten zwei DZ im typisch venezianischen Stil. Diese waren sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Minibar war recht teuer aber wir haben auch nichts daraus gebraucht. Das Hotel liegt in guter Lage, in der Nähe auch ein kleiner Supermarkt. An der Rezeption wurde man stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit beraten, diese Tipps kann man auf alle Fälle mitnehmen! Das Frühstück war zwar nicht abwechslungsreich, dafür aber frische Ware, keine Abpackwurst. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

Hotel was lovely, good location but unfortunately the staff let it down. A male member of staff harassing me to drink with him while he was on shift, he wouldn’t leave me alone when I kept telling him no. He even approached me grabbing my by the arm trying to pull me to the bar as I was continuously telling him no. It got to a point I felt unsafe when he was on shift. Emailed the hotel and they done nothing about it. I then decided to email the hotel chain rather than the hotel itself and I was ignored. I travel solo a lot, I walked the streets of Venice at night and felt more safe than I did in the hotel. I stayed in one of the suites and it was stunning, unfortunately due to the staff member and also how the hotel handled my complaint I would not return back to this hotel.

Si tratta di un hotel carino, l'arredamento risulta vetusto e fin troppo barocco, gusto personale. Ma il personale è gentile e premuroso. Affidabile. Nota dolente: termosifoni esagerati (persino da spento faceva caldissimo in stanza) magari chiedete prima una stanza con vista perché noi non l'avevamo. Bella la vasca idromassaggio, peccato che una persona di medio peso e altezza ci stia stretta.

Hugely disappointed. Although the hotel is well positioned for tourist attractions the hotel itself is no way a 4 star establishment. There’s no lift and the stairs are steep. Although the rooms are large they are cheaply furnished and the windows boxes are full of dead plants. The AIRCON does not work and sleeping at night is continually disturbed by deliveries and passers by. Breakfast was truly awful. More akin to a 2 star budget backpackers… Our towels weren’t replaced after our first night and when asking for replacements a very rude man came to the room and tried barging his way in to check what we’d done with them…. Extremely intimidating. There’s also building work in an adjoining property with Jack hammers throughout the day which made resting in the afternoon impossible. The only redeeming factor would be the very efficient reception staff. Frankly, we’re glad to be leaving
