Malheureusement, jai ete extrêmement déçu par le manque de professionalisme de l'établissement... J'ai envoyé une demande d'informations pour 3 nuits a un tarif de 110 Euros la nuits. Le lendemain, ils augmenté leur tarif de 30 euro la nuits pour ma periode et a demandé 4 nuits minimum. Si je faisait maintenant une recherche 2 jours avant, le tarif était de 300 Euros et 3 nuits minimum. C'est dommage qu'un établissement ne respecte pas ses engagements pour quelques dollars. J'ai trouvé un autre hotel avec un excellent service a la clientèle et avec des commentaires parfait.

Très bon petit hôtel, au calme, les propriétaires sont très gentils, les chambres très correctes ainsi que le petit déjeuner. Situé à 15 minutes de la place St Marc et tout près du vaporetto qui vous conduira à Murano et Burano. A recommander si on a un budget un peu serré en période de carnaval.

Veneza era meu sonho. Escolhemos um hotel próxima de tudo. Principalmente dos barcos. Fomos bem recebidos. Quartos grandes e arejados. Um café da manhã muito simples, bom. Porém o mesmo todos os dias.

Excelente alojamiento. Sencillo, limpio y con todo lo necesario para hacer la estancia del viajero agradable. Minibar, hervidor de agua, aire acondicionado. Habitación y baño amplios. Muy buena ubicación a 5 minutos de una parada de vaporetto y a 10 minutos de San Marcos. Incluye un desayuno muy apetecible servido en la terraza. Lo mejor la amabilidad de Fausto y de su esposa. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Très bon accueil, petit déjeuner complet. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Chambre très propre. Le propriétaire très gentil ainsi que la dame qui prépare le petit déj. Toujours à l'écoute de sa clientèle. Je le conseille fortement.

Super location, es hat alles reibungslos Funktioniert und es war einfach zu finden aber ein kleines sträßchen, trotzdem leise und gemütlich. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich freundlich, wir hatten eine sehr tolle Zeit hier und hoffen bald wiederzukommen.

La posizione è veramente strategica: a due passi dal centro e con una fermata del vaporetto vicina (molto comoda per partire). Inoltre ci sono diversi ristoranti vicini (che non ho provato personalmente) e una Coop dietro l'angolo. Le camere hanno l'essenziale, il bagno era nuovo. Gli host sono gentilissimi!

Very clear instructions on how to get in the B&B then the room, we had room 3 which was functional with comfortable bed and powerful shower. The breakfast served just outside the rooms with three tables placed on a small terrace area, we ate on here every morning. Breakfast was basic just bread rolls with tea/coffee, jams etc and there was cereal and juice as well. Located on a quiet alley but gets a bit of traffic from people walking down from Ospedale. Good co-op just at the end of the road and a few nice restaurants within a five minute walk.

Wonderful stay! This is really an excellent stay all-around for Venice. Great location (easy to arrive from the airport and easy to access the whole city) , very clean and organised with necessary basic amenities. Fausto and Yii are both very welcoming and helpful with local suggestions. Would highly recommend, great value!
