Magnifique appartement très lumineux, confortable et spacieux très bien situé dans un quartier paisible. La literie est excellente. Il y'a une grande salle de bain et en plus un coin WC avec lavabo et bidet bien pratique. Deux chambres et le très beau living donnent sur un charmant petit canal. La troisième chambre donne sur une ruelle très calme. Situé au troisième étage, il est accessible si on le souhaite par un splendide ascenseur de style. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille avec mon fils, ma belle-fille et notre petite fille de cinq ans.

Location eccellente nel cuore di Venezia con una padrona di casa d'OK! Camera spaziosa ed accogliente, letti comodissimi e dotazioni di ogni comfort! Torneremo sicuramente!

Una bellissima esperienza in un palazzo veneziano. Arredamento di buon gusto, letto comodo e tutto molto curato. Posizione fantastica. Circondato da bacari e ristoranti tipici. Peccato aver trascorso solo una notte. Tornerò di sicuro.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in questo vecchio palazzo stile veneziano. Tutto perfetto, dalla pulizia della camera alla colazione servita in camera. Un ringraziamento particolare alla spontanea e squisita gentilezza della signora Carla. Raro trovare persone così.

When we got to the apartment, there was no elevator for my daughter’s wheelchair and their were about 50 flights of stairs and mold all over the walls in the apartment and in the hallway area. I contacted the owner and informed her of no elevator, and there was no way to Carry the wheelchair up 50 flights of stairs and with the mold, no one could stay in the apartment as there was a mildew odor and hazard to our Health, The building was old and dilapidated. I also contacted *********** that’s who we booked it through and they both agreed to give us a full refund. It’s been nearly one month now and we have not received our refund. Now we are filing a dispute with our credit card and hopefully we get some positive results.

A well located spacious and air conditioned apartment. The living room/ kitchen are was a little sparse but we had everything we needed there and enjoyed our stay. The instructions we received for arrival and departure were clear and easy to understand

Very nice place to stay in. Cozy area ( not so crowded) with nice spots and local restaurants. So you can really enjoy Venezias feeling . Room is spacious with a nice Venezia’s vibe . Royal breakfast! Very sweet , helpful and classy host . We love our stay ! 100% recommendations.

We really liked the hotel. The room is big, spacious bathroom, very clean. Great service and great location. The room had everything you need: coffee, tea, iron, hair dryer, slippers, even a mini fridge. We could leave our luggage for storage for free after we were checked out. Thanks for this!

The room that we had sleep was fabulous clean and very spacious, I can recommend this place for anyone that wants to stay in Venice for their vacation , usually we do not recommend but this room is very comfortable and beautiful, despite the fact that is near to everything I t has very nice view and quiet also
