after booking and paying for a room at sweet Venice, our flight to Venice was cancelled and we didn't land til that same day in the evening. we contacted the hotel straight away to let them know we would get there around 22,30h, the answer from the hotel was that checking for the rooms was only from 14h til 19h and they didn't do anything to help or to accommodate our problem. the outcome was that we lost our room that day at sweet Venice even though we paid for it and we were in Venice! outrageous, greedy, unprofessional, unhelpful way to treat customers!!!! out of order!
