Difficult communication, unable to fix issues Very difficult to find with google maps. No visible signage in front of appartment. The location and view are great. We were able to see many gondolas pass by. Communication was the worst I have ever seen. As soon as I paid the last bit (the visitor's tax) and received thecodes, there was NO communication. They put only 3 pillows instead of 5. Never came to bring the extra ones. Difficult nights. The door handle came out. Nobody came to fix it. My problem is not the mistakes, these happen. The real issue is the lack of communication andno effort to fix them. I tried different ways to contact them: through the app and via email, with no answer, to this day. The general company, Wonderful Italy, sent me a request for general comments, which I did. Still, they did not answer my questions. Would not recommend.

Bekvämt i centrala Venedig Perfekt läge nära alla sevärdheter. Alla bekvämligheter vi kunde behöva! Lite klurigt att hitta hit, men med en steg för steg beskrivning från boendet gick det som en dans. Lite sliten bäddsoffa, så inte den mest bekväma. Och glasbord med lös skiva var inte den bästa lösningen.

Clean and quiet. Comfortable. Only washer was installed. It would have been better to install dryer as well or washer/dryer.
