卡高塔迪飯店(Ca' Gottardi)

Un hotel muy bonito, de estilo veneciano, maravillosamente ubicado junto a un canal y a una de las zonas más céntricas, junto al palacio de Rialto. Muy limpio, la única pega el desayuno, algo escaso y poco variado.

Good location but no lift , has to climb up 3 storey to the hotel room

The location in the Cannaregio district of Venice is very good far less crowded with tourists. The hotel is charming - we had a comfortable room. The staff are wonderful - helpful and friendly. The managers were also extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel!

La estancia fue super comoda, muy amena, calida y agradable. Te reciben con una sonrisa y con una gran actitud, la calefaccion de las habitaciones en invierno son buenisimas, el desayuno es riquisimo y con un gran servicio por parte del personal. Si llego a regresar a Venecia sin duda volveria a reservar en este hotel.

Synd det bare er mulig å gi 5 stjerner, for dette søte boutiqehotellet fortjener så mye mer. Dette er første gang jeg skriver en hotellanmeldelse, men dette stedet fortjener det. Helt fra kjæresten min og jeg kom til Venezia til vi dro følte vi oss svært velkomne og godt ivaretatt av personalet på hotellet. Interiøret i fellesarealene og på rommene er nydelig i venetiansk stil. Balkongen fra lobbyen/frokostområdet har en fantastisk utsikt ut til kanalen, og hotellet ligger svært sentralt til. Frokosten (og ikke minst cappuccinoen) var utrolig god og det ble spilt avslappende bakgrunnsmusikk som skapte en god atmosfære. Siste dagen vår skulle vi dra før frokosten hadde åpnet og da var personalet så snille og ga oss mat til å ta med i to poser. Alt i alt, en utrolig god opplevelse på dette hotellet og vi vil anbefale dette stedet videre 10/10 ganger!

The experience started well. We were met off the water taxi and checked in. The reception was lovely and warm and as it was raining really hard, the warm drinks were a welcome comfort. Breakfast was great and the staff team served us well. The let down, was the room, it wasn't what I booked and as I look at the photo opposite this review it wasn't the room we had. The room, was small and dark. there were 4 of us and it was so small with hardly any room to place anything. Can't say the cleanliness was the best, the bidet had obviously not been cleaned. The complimentary bottles of water were dusty and for a family of 4, 2 aren't enough. We also only had 2 cups in the room, again, for a family of just didn't work. I could have complained, but this was my partners 50th birthday and she didn't want the hassle. I'm sure there are some lovely rooms here and peoples comments probably do part of the hotel justice, but enquiry if you are in the main building or annex, if annex, I'd reconsider and if a family of 4, I'd question the room. The attention to detail in the main building. doesn't carry across to the annex. This really was a disappointment to the trip, we enjoyed Venice, just not great having to sleep in what should have been more comfortable hotel

Hôtel charmant dont certaines chambres sont petites et donnant sur une rue très étroite. Salle de réception très agréable avec boissons chaudes offertes à toute heure. Personnel très aimable. Ambiance très familiale. Le quartier est très authentique.

Our stay was fabulous. We didn’t spend much time in the room other than sleeping for the two nights we spent in Venice. The space was large with very high ceilings which made it feel even larger. We were in the annex building just outside the main entrance with multiple levels of secure doors. Staff was friendly, very clean, good location. We were escorted to our room and keys/locks were clearly explained Only negative was the small safe was not bolted down but didn’t have any valuables anyway so not an issue.

We had some trouble finding the hotel due to the street number on the building being faded. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Our room was perfect. Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, yogurts, delicious pastries and cereals. And made to order any type of coffee you wanted. The only complaint was whoever lived upstairs, they walked heavily on the floors & pulled a chair across the floor at 6am. Woke us up both days of our stay. Be sure to take water taxi #1 here. We were misguided by water taxi staff and had to pull our heavy luggage .7 miles, over at least 5 stairs!
