Very nice hotel. The room was small, but we are in Venice! Very clean and the employees were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast, not included in our booking, should be a little bit better (we are in Italy!) even if the Cappuccinos were well made. We close to the Rail Station in front of a nice and quiet square.

車站旁的一個小三星級酒店，基於四星級酒店及其基礎設施，大運河上的花園和桌子，酒店院子裡有自己的碼頭，價格不貴，遊客還需要什麼。

太小了，跟國內招待所似的！

Un hotel appena rinnovato con gusto, vicino alla stazione e con begli affacci. La nostra stanza era una superior, ampia, comoda e bella. Le small e le standard sono invece veramente piccole e senza bidet, adatte agli stranieri. L’albergo è legato al vicino bellissimo Ca’ Nigra, più aulico e di un livello superiore. L’ottima colazione la si consuma al Ca’ Nigra. Personale gentilissimo e molto professionale. Prezzi nella media.

No coffee/espresso machine in room. No tissues. No extra roll of toilet paper if you are low. Garden terrace has a door that someone can walk by and close and LOCK and you can be locked out of the building and be stuck on the roof (reception desk is across a courtyard and they will tell you to just pull harder on the door.). Water pressure in shower is very low. The rain head is a sprinkle and the handheld is mounted at your waist. You can’t charge electronics if you are not in the room. Lights? Ok. Chargers, not cool. Room is nice. Sheet with a stain. First set of electronic keys only one worked. People were very nice (except for the person who answered the phone when we were locked out on the terrace.)

Das Hotel war noch nicht fertig restauriert (obwohl so angekündigt), so dass wir ins Haupthaus umziehen mussten: Dort im Dachgeschoss - Zimmer ohne irgendeine Kommode, nur ein Schrank, also keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeiten. Manches muss im Koffer bleiben. Die Heizungsteuerung ist nicht regulierbar, also zu heiß über Nacht im Zimmer. Gut ist das Frühstücksbufett und die Lage: vom Bahnhof ca. 10min., das Vaporetto 3 min./Rio di Biagio. Somit hervorragende Ausgangslage! Personal ist freundlich und bemüht!

Wunderbar nah zum Bahnhof und Schiffsanleger, trotz der Lage angenehm ruhig. Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäft in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Zimmer sind sauber, allerdings nicht sonderlich groß, die Einrichtung zweckmäßig, aber dennoch gemütlich. Im Bad geht's etwas eng zu. Der Empfang im gegenüber liegenden Gebäude war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Grund zum Wiederkommen.

Di stanza presso questo Hotel, ci siamo trovati bene come location. Un plauso e complimenti alla Reception dell'albergo di fronte dove abbiamo fatto colazione. Il personale della Reception del Ca' Nigra è stato esemplare, disponibile e ricco di consigli per la permanenza a Venezia. Davvero bravissima l'addetta alla ricezione. Grazieeeeeee

Bella location, personale molto cordiale e disponibile, camere dotate di tutti i confort ma un po' piccole (per le persone molto alte ....). Era la seconda volta che soggiornavamo presso questo hotel e lo consiglierei vivamente. Situato in una ottima posizione, vicino alla stazione, su una corte silenziosa con vista sul canal grande. Un'oasi di pace nel meraviglioso caos di Venezia.

Hotel situato in posizione strategica, vicino alla stazione ma in una piazzetta defilata rispetto alle vie affollate e caotiche. La nostra stanza era una small quindi piccola, ma comunque confortevole e pulita. Cortesia alla reception (che si trova nell’albergo 4 stelle di fronte, della stessa gestione ) dove sono stati sempre disponibili a fornirci le informazioni richieste e consigli. Un soggiorno molto piacevole. Sicuramente consigliato.

Hotel très bien placé non loin de la Piazzale Roma ou de la gare sur un petit campo discret qui donne sur le grand canal. (avantage quand il faut rouler les valises). Choisir les grandes chambres ou moyennes car les petites sont un peu justes. Accueil très convivial et petit déjeuner de qualité. Nous venons à Venise tous les 2 ans environ et descendons toujours dans cet hotel.

As far as Venice goes (and its hotel prices have certainly rocketed skywards over the last few years) this is a ‘reasonably’ priced hotel in a good location, only a few minutes walk from Ferrovia. My room was clean (I didn’t come across any fleas that I’d read about in other reviews) although it was very dated. Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the girl at breakfast and the young member of staff working in the bar area. Although they were unable to prepare a cosmopolitan for me. Breakfast (€20) was satisfactory and served at their sister hotel Ca Nigra Lagoon. Overall, a good hotel in a good location at quite a reasonable price.

Très bon hôtel avec un accueil très convivial , calme et chambre confortable. Bon conseil sur les restaurants . Situé proche de la gare et à 30 minutes de la place principale de Venise. Cela vaut le cout de s'y rendre.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel für einen Venedigbesuch. Genau das richtige für uns. Das Frühstück war perfekt, leider nicht auf der Dachterrasse, dafür im gut angelegten Garten directly am Kanalegrande. Gerne kommen wir wieder ins Hotel zurück.
