阿卡迪亞精品飯店(Arcadia Boutique Hotel)

We stay here for 2 night.The location of the hotel was 5min away from the Venezia Santa Lucia train station. The attractions also near to the hotel. There are restaurants and gelato shop nearby. The hotel reception staff was very friendly and nice, they welcomed us on the first day we arrived. They even help us carry our luggage up to the reception counter and our room as they were no lift in the hotel. They hotel was clean and tidy with AC. It was really a great stay here. Recommended!!

È incredibile! Ho avuto la stessa camera dell'altra volta. Si, l'unica cosa da stare attenti è in bagno perché ad alzarsi, con i gradini sopra la testa, c'è il rischio di prendere una testata. Per il resto, anche se la camera è piccola, è comoda, letto comodo e la doccia è spaziosa. Sono contento di mettere una recensione positiva, per non parlare del personale che davvero è eccezionale.

We were a little disappointed when checking in we found out we had a room attached to the check in desk. I feel this is something they should include as a notation when selecting this room. They changed our room the next day and it was smaller with less amenities and this again was not communicated. Otherwise, it was a nice hotel, nice breakfast and convenient location.

Franchement, notre séjour a été merveilleux. La chambre était luxueuse, d'une propreté irréprochable, calme et extrêmement confortable. Le petit déjeuner était parfait, avec juste ce qu'il faut de choix, de qualité et de fraîcheur, et les deux membres du personnel qui géraient le service du petit déjeuner étaient très gentils et accueillants - elles ont veillé à ce que chaque journée commence merveilleusement bien ! Le personnel de l'hôtel est le meilleur ! Toujours accueillant, amical, patient et serviable, ils nous ont donné d'excellentes recommandations et se sont surpassés pour rendre notre visite à Venise inoubliable.

Beh questo hotel mi ha davvero sorpreso. Il personale è stato cordiale e dettagliato nelle informazioni. Mi ha accompagnato in camera mostrandomi tutto ciò che serve e poi la camera è confortevole, l'unica magari che non c'è un vero e proprio armadio per i vestiti però mi sono trovato bene. Un po' noiosa la doccia perchè bisogna premere il pulsante con l'apertura del rubinetto, se no esce l'acqua dalla doccia sopra e va tenuto aperto abbastanza forte se no si apre l'altra doccia. Un po' anti-estetico la scala che si vede. Se ricapito a Venezia (cosa probabile) tornerò di nuovo qua.

Upon arrival, staff was very friendly and helpful with our luggage. They gave us a map and oriented us with the major sights and use of water transportation. Our room was very clean and a short walk from the train station. Room and bathroom was quite small but fine for a place to lay your head after a long day of sightseeing. Breakfast was a very nice buffet with many choices.

This is a perfect place to stay as a couple when visiting Venice. Excellent location, clean rooms, great breakfast, stylish rooms. But what makes this place amazing is the service. Service with a smile. Preemptive. Friendly. And nothing is too small. You'll be lucky to stay here if it's free. It's so good that I'll want to stay there again. But now everyone knows it won't be free.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The staff were very friendly throughout. Room was nice and spacious which included some lovely toiletries. Breakfast was amazing. The hotel location is busy with restaurants and tourists and ideally located for touring. We would definitely return here again and I highly recommend it.

Great hotel, lovely breakfast, lovely clean modern rooms with everything you need, and staff was all really helpful and lovely! Location great also could walk to anywhere you need to get to.
