Nice and perfect service

Wir haben meinen Geburtstag im Venice Venice Restaurant gefeiert. Zu dem Hotel kann ich nicht sagen, aber das Restaurant ist wirklich fantastisch. Natürlich ist die Lage mit der Terrasse am Canale Grand schon spektakulär, aber auch das Menü war fantastisch! Der Service war schnell und aufmerksam. Das Ambiente ist wunderschön und außergewöhnlich. Wenn wir das nächste Mal nach Venedig kommen, werden wir mit Sicherheit in diesem Hotel wohnen.

Traumhaft schöner Aufenthalt in Venedig. Angefangen vom überaus freundlichen und bemühten Personal über die sehr schöne Atmosphäre im Hotel und die unvergesslichen Momente auf der hoteleigenen Terrasse 😍 Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

The best in town! Posizione, ambiente, servizio e qualità. Oltretutto ci si appassiona all'arte stando qui dentro. Bravi! Una bella ventata di aria fresca in città. Cura del dettaglio all'ennesima potenza. Peccato che in certi periodi dell'anno sia difficile trovare posto!

Sono stata ospite in questo hotel per qualche giorno. L'hotel è molto, molto bello anche se non grandissimo, in una posizione invidiabile. Accurato e particolare l'arredamento e le luci diffuse, perlopiù a lume di candela, che donavano un aspetto fiabesco. Ho particolarmente apprezzato la camera anche se la luce diffusa andrebbe modificata perché non permetteva di truccarsi con facilità così come ho particolarmente gradito sia la sala allestita per la cena che quest'ultima. Qualche modifica andrebbe fatta anche per la colazione (che ho degustato nella magnifica cornice del canale) perché limitata alle poche cose che il personale ti serve in tavola. Tutto sommato l'esperienza è stata positiva ma potrebbe migliorare.

We had high hopes for our anniversary trip. It had been years since I had visited Venice and I was very excited about this hotel reservation that was a surprise for my wife. After arriving at the hotel at 10 pm we quickly left the room to walk around and have Dinner. The next morning we left the room at 6 am for a full day tour. When we returned that afternoon to get ready for an event, my wife noticed that the purse she was planning on wearing for the event was missing. After looking through her things in the closet she realized that a total of 4 items were gone. One of the items was an expensive purse handed down from her grandmother. The total of the 4 items was great. At this same time, two men opened the door to the room unannounced and when they realized we were in the room, they quickly turned around and left (no explanation, no apology for the intrusion) The Hotel staff acted as if they were there to help but in reality they were just waiting for us to leave Venice so that they could claim that "no evidence was found in camera recordings". No effort to fix the situation has been made and communication has become more and more dismissive since we returned from our trip. No effort has been made and it is obvious that there is no intention to even attempt to help us with the loss. Very disappointed in this (((5 star))) hotel experience. Would definitely not stay here again, and would like to warn others to lower their expectations of customer service and satisfaction.
